It Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the free trial for my daughter and it doesn’t work. It freezes on her iPad. I restarted the game, deleted and reinstalled it and still it doesn’t work. Can’t find how to get support. There is no contact information on their website. Now I just want to end the subscription before they start charging me for a defective app. Can’t find the subscription anywhere on any of my accounts. But it’s in my purchase history. Anyone have any suggestions?

My son bought this game without asking. We asked for our money back before it was ever played. We were told no, they would not refund our money. Well, we paid for it so might as well give it a go, right? Wrong…. Every time we get on the game glitches and turns off. I can’t even set up my daughter’s profile before it kicks me off and makes me start all over, just to be kicked off again and again. Save yourself a headache and don’t download this game.
