Compared to the old version this version is so much better. Central Pacific Bank is the first what your bank to take technology to the next level. However, the app consistently requires me to verify sign in information via text. Live chat option is not available. Messages sent to the bank takes days/weeks for a reply. Transfer comments are limited to the web version not the mobile version. Check deposit history take about 3 min to populate. Account syncing with my mortgage Caliber Home Loans and credit cards with Capital One always fails. CPB please make note of the many bugs that this app has and with with your administrator on fixing it. Also one last complaint. Why does pending transactions show up 3x until it’s actually processed. That is so irritating and unreliable.

It might be an big improvement from the previous one but it’s way to busy with all the logos that created big spaces between line items. Not the most efficient format.
The balance for each account is pretty current but the transactions are not updated to match the balance, sometimes delayed by more than a few days. This is makes confusing when reconcile the account...Yes, some of us still do balance the check book;)

Took a picture of a check and there’s no confirmation to say that it was received or pending. The funds were not added to my balance or shown pending balance compared to if you deposit it in person, at least the receipt shows the picture of the check and the updated balance.
