Pretty good, could be better.

This is by far the most in depth training app you will ever find. Good movements, good rest periods, good everything. However my personal problem is that it doesn’t allow me to train as intensely as I would like. The weight that I am told to put on tinge bar never brings me to failure or close to it. I am going to start putting my own numbers on the bar (or just add 20lbs to whatever they have up there) and see if that allows me to create better progress and intensity. Amazing app and it’s taught me quite a lot about how to fix imperfections in your lifts and weaknesses. Although I think the best way to follow JuggernautAI is with some flexibility and maybe push yourself a little harder then it tells you to. But number one listen to your body. JuggernautAI does allow you to input how you slept and recovered etc and had you change how you train depending on that. But I could usually go harder then what it tells me. Maybe that’s just Bc I’m a young high school student or because I heal fast, but I can preform effectively even without the recovery it says I need. Overall it’s an incredible app, it’s not better then a (good) real life trainer but this is the best training app you will find.

Become a better powerlifter #ChadBot

If you’re looking for personalized powerlifting programming this is it! You really won’t find anything better for even double (triple?) the cost. There may be generic templates out there that are cheaper but nothing as customized/personalized/tailored to you, as this. It takes into account all your details (actual age, training age, styles of lifting, day-to-day activity level, weight, maxes, etc.) PLUS the daily readiness questionnaire adjusts your workout in real time.
The actual app is just so beautiful. I love going in and just reading all the info, watching the demos on exercises & being able to look over my future workouts is such a nice touch.
I ran Jugg AI PL 2.0 for 1 hypertrophy block then JuggernautAI came out & I jumped right in. No meet planned but I’m sooo excited to see my results for my mock meet test date. Thanks #ChadBot

The greatest training program I’ve ever used

this app is the training program I wish I had through my entire powerlifting journey for this last decade. It is not only individualized for the person, but anyone of all ages, experience levels, genders, and more can use it for promised incredible results. There is a powerbuilding, a BJJ, and a powerlifting option all included. It’s like a coach with you by your side the entire time without the heavy price. I have been using this app for a little over 2 years and it has added pounds on pounds onto an already solid lift total. You tell the program how you feel each day and it will adjust to your needs. If you haven’t taken the leap yet, I highly recommend you stop waiting and get your hands on the most intelligent program that now exists.

Exceeds Expectations

I’ve been using this app programs since Oct of 2016 back when it was excel spreadsheets..man, this is light years ahead of the spread sheets. From the moment you download it, the interface, the attention to detail, to the updates that they push out based on users feedback. JuggernautAI is the way to go, very user friendly and adjusts based on what YOU put in daily and weekly. Can’t say enough about what they have created. This is a game changer for sure if you are serious about your training, this is the way to go. I’ve been lifting most of my life with a few breaks here and there and have used many programs, my best results have been with this app and that’s why I am on my 5th year with them. Can’t wait to see what other features they add next.

Absolutely Worth Every Penny

The options and personalization on this platform is insane. JuggernautAI itself is just flawless, if you can’t do an exercise because you lack equipment it gives you so many other options to choose from. Detailed videos for each exercise with coaching points. The AI is great, if you do a preview of the workout you can see how your readiness scores change things. If your quads aren’t just right that day it’ll lower the volume or the prescribed weight. Finally the training program just works. Even in a hypertrophy phase the overload method allowed me add weight to the bar, beating the numbers I had before with other methods of training. Absolutely worth every penny and probably more. Don’t hesitate just download and get started.

Pure Gold

What it does:
-Plans out your entire training cycle based on personal stats, training days, meet or test date.
- demos for every movement and includes ability to customize or substitute them.
-customizes each session based on a "state of preparedness" survey before each session.
-immediate customization of every set based on previous set performance. If you felt like you could do at least 4 more reps or it felt like a warm up, it modifies the weight up appropriately. If the set was tougher than it should have been it auto regulates the weight down. THIS is the closest thing to having a coach monitor you in real-time and modify that days training so you are optimizing your time.

Awesome…but missing some basic features

First off, I love JuggernautAI. The workouts are challenging but I don’t need 1,000 spreadsheet anymore to build my plans. This is kind of “set it and forget it.” The program is hard, but if you’re honest about your RPEs and other inputs, it’s all doable. It pushes me in just the right way and I’ve gotten more gains with this than on any other app I’ve tried.

My biggest complaints are just that it’s missing some features I think all fitness apps have nowadays:
- No Apple Health (or any other app) integrations. This makes it a pain if you’re a multi-sport athlete. I am constantly, manually entering stuff into Strava and Apple Health
- No rack calculator. I have to use another app for that
- No workout timer. I have to manually set a timer to know how long I worked out
- No volume summary at the end of my workouts (related to the first point; I have to manually track all this stuff)

So in summary, JuggernautAI took away all the effort and time put into workout planning, but traded it off for manually tracking all my numbers *after* every workout. Still worth the money imo for the program, but for such a high price, I do expect more of the common features most fitness apps consider table-stakes.

Ridiculous Volume

Running a 5 day PowerBuilding plan. It doesn’t make sense why I’m doing 8 sets of 8 at a 7+ RPE for squats to immediately follow it with 6 sets of 6 on deadlifts, plus three accessories. Even for hypertrophy that’s just too high volume week after week.
If the program selects numbers that are too easy, like on a back day for example, and you specify that the back workout was easy, then the program will literally start adding supersets with random muscle groups. For example every week on my back day I’ve had a random quad/lat superset thrown in. Or bicep/hamstring. On a back day, after a leg day. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Why not make the “back day” harder by increasing rpe/percentages instead of throwing in random movements not associated with that specific day?
I’m going to finish the program as planned and I’ll update my review once it’s finished, these are just my current thoughts as is.

Oh...Wow

To say I don’t NEED JuggernautAI is an understatement. I’m an exercise physiologist with years of experience and know how to program for myself. That being said, my workouts were starting to get stale and I wanted something to mix up my workouts again. I tried the two week free trial thinking I would cancel it after the two weeks were up but JuggernautAI is totally worth it! There is no guess work. JuggernautAI is incredibly in depth and adjusts multiple variables. I can’t tell enough people about how amazing JuggernautAI is! So while I don’t “need” JuggernautAI and would do similar things in my own programming, it is so convenient and so in depth it’s hard not to fall in love.

Love this app but I wish...

I wish the successive weeks would load the notes into the workouts from previous weeks. I put rest and feeling notes into every workout and I hate having to go back every week and see my notes. Also, it would be awesome if this app and RP diet app would integrate. Don’t really know what that would look like but I use both so it would be cool. Also, adding specialty bar movements like the the Transformer bar! This may seem like an over critical review but the only way to make an amazing app better is to provide feedback! Regardless, take my money Chadbot I’ll keep paying the sub fee to reduce how much I have to think.

Awesome app that produces results!

Being a 40+ in age, being active and still competing in sports, my body has seen a lot of wear and tear. I’ve been nursing injuries the last 5 years and never knew exactly where begin or how to proceed at the gym. I am amazed by JuggernautAI and how it works! The Juggernaut team has something special here and I can’t speak highly enough about it! If you’re really honest about what your skill is and what your goals and weaknesses are, then this program puts you on a plan for success! I am seeing awesome gains, without pain or setbacks from trying to jump back to ‘normal’ a the gym. I am trusting the process and it’s made me a believer!

Too many exercises

The number of exercises and sets per session seems very excessive and is difficult to complete in a reasonable amount of time, like sub 2 hours.
Today: 5 sets of high bar squats, 2 sets of deadlifts, 4 sets of chin ups, 4 sets of db bench, 3 sets of curls, 3 sets of ghr, 3 sets of lateral lunges, 4 sets of hanging leg raises, 3 sets of face pulls, 3 sets of calf raises. That’s 31 sets, and that’s just 1 of 4 sessions a week. If each set performance and recovery period only takes 3 minutes, that’s an hour and a half. If it takes 4, that’s two hours. If I have to wait to get on some equipment it can easily start getting towards 2 and a half and that’s not including time driving to or from the gym. Idk if anyone else is having this experience but I’m not sure how to feel about it.

Blown Away definitely a PR for apps

After being on the spreadsheet version for about 6 months I took the leap to JuggernautAI version. I have worked in technology for many many years and have developed complicated apps.
I watch, and honestly understand, 90+% of the logic behind the programming BY JTS so needless to say I was extremely suspect that it could do everything the spreadsheet does.
I am BLOWN AWAY with the look, feel, and functionality of JuggernautAI . Far better than the spreadsheet and I suspect it will only get better.
Literally the best app for the money. There is not one thing I do not like about what I have seen. Very very well done guys!

Excellent

I’ve tried a number of apps and spreadsheet programs but never enjoyed one until this.
The tracking of fatigue is great and helps my awareness of my body and recovery. Allows me to swap exercises based on equipment in my home gym. The JTS library of articles and videos are top notch.
I’m running this program for the first time and in week 2 of the strength block and my deadlift has increased 15 lbs for a double and bench has gone up 40 lbs.
Looking forward to continuing to progress and seeing how JuggernautAI gets even better.

There was supposed to be a two week free trial

There was supposed to be a two week free trial of JuggernautAI . However, as soon as. I downloaded it, I was charged $35. I reached out to support and was told the free trial was only available if you signed up through their website. I told them I thought this was deceptive since 99% of users will download it through JuggernautAI store. I was then told it was not possible to give a trial period through JuggernautAI store. I believe that most apps in JuggernautAI store give free trial periods. Finally, I was told I could delete JuggernautAI and simply redownload it through their website. That way I would still get the two week trial. Umm. I already paid $35. The point was to try it BEFORE I paid anything.

JuggernautAI itself seems pretty good from the brief time I’ve played with it. However, I am not happy about the whole free trial period deal.

Beautiful App; program didn’t work for me

I love both the functionality and the look of JuggernautAI . It is VERY well done. But the program just didn’t work with me. I reached out to Juggernaut a number of times and they were quick to reply to my concerns about the program, but basically just said “it’s right. Do what it says”. I read their two books so I understand the principles. I followed it rigorously and ate and slept well. I’m 47 year old male at 160lbs. Now after 5 cycles and about four months I’m headed into my meet weaker than I started the program! Lost 20 lbs off my squat and about the same off my deadlift. As a result I just can’t recommend. I think the program is too general (it isn’t really AI, it is an expert system) and doesn’t take into account the needs of older lifters.

Awesome

I was making notes in a separate app, so thank you for adding notes! I like how it shows the active workout. Occasionally while I’m multitasking juggernaut app gets put to sleep so the indicator is nice. I like how sometimes I forget to complete my workout and it gives me a notification. I have been recording my movements to analyze my form or make notes. Not sure if possible to record video and save from JuggernautAI or swap to camera app automatically. I noticed others doing accessory work. Perhaps recommend accessory work for that day, but perhaps this is too personal, or I’m too amateur.

The best program out there!!

I’ve read the books and used the system three years ago on my own and was hitting good weight, this time around I was looking for a good program to get me going again and prepare to compete in a meet. I went for this app and I’m happy went from 230lbs to 270lbs on Squat and 230lbs to 315 lbs for my deadlift in only a month!! I had issues with my bench started looking at recommended techniques for the bench watched the videos and I knew what needed to be changed. This is the best app to have for working out!!!

Missing one thing

Program and system is almost perfect. This may be an individual issue but it would be nice if the system gave you suggestions on how to properly warm up to your working sets. Maybe I’m just too early into the program and its still trying to figure me out but I don’t see that being the case.

I know a general idea of what I need to do before my working weight but maybe not the novice lifter or someone helping someone just starting out. It can be something as simple in the notes saying, “work up to normal set with these %’s of your working weight” or something like that.

Powerbuilding Didn't Work For Me

For whatever reason the powerbuilding app CRUSHES me with volume no matter what parameters I set up. That being said I was a D1 pitcher so Ive always been stronger and more explosive but with pretty garbage endurance in comparison. But like 5 exercises + 2 powerlifting strength movements? Come on that's junk volume at that point. When they set up the powerbuilding they clearly did not think through how the MEV for hypertrophy and strength is a lot different. Also they don't seem to factor in warmup sets. Furthermore the option to only focus on one group of muscles only within a cycle is ridiculous. I'm 22 and have only been training for 2 years... I can focus more than one place. I did check out the powerlifting side of JuggernautAI and that looked much better.

JuggernautAI - convenient, affordable, and works.

After years of running other lifting routines and using the free apps on JuggernautAI Store I came across this app. Going from the spreadsheet version to JuggernautAI has been amazing. It’s so convenient and it adapts to your performance in real time! So you can “stick to the program” without having those days where you just can’t hit the numbers programmed. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but we all know this can take a toll mentally on lifters. this app is great at adjusting on the fly so you feel you accomplished something no matter how fatigued you might be coming into the session. 100% recommend for any lifter. Give it a try. I’ll be surprised if anyone goes back to their other routines. #JuggernautToTheMoon!

Take…My…Money…

I don’t have the money to hire a personal trainer nor do I have the time to detail out my own workout plan. Templates are okay and workout apps are junk. JuggernautAI…by far… is the BEST workout application I have tried (and I’ve tried them all). Juggernaut did some amazing work here. The new power building option is my new best friend. If you’ve been searching for something to track your workouts and develop a workout plan for you then seriously… try this. You’ll be impressed.

Job Well Done A+

I never write reviews but this time I have to. This is an awesome app with amazing customizable programming. A lot of effort has gone into creating JuggernautAI . With the release of the newest version the minor app shortcomings were remedied. As for the programming it has come along way from AI 1.0. The progressive overload is great without killing you. So far I’ve been able to make progress week to week. The cost ($30 USD) seems more than reasonable and fair. JTS keep up the good work and I’m excited to see what’s in store for PB AI.
