The issue started yesterday. When I receive the call the caller cannot hear me and they hear themselves talking.

I cant make or recieve calls. It worked then suddenly did not. My vpn is off because it blocks call feature. I am using Samsung Galaxy S7. I have checked all of my settings. I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app. My connection is good. I dont know what else to try.
