Hello, good day. I am taking this opportunity to contact Parco Colosseo about tickets. I am interested in two types: The Area Floor and the Attico. I need to purchase 3 tickets for each, for a total of 6 tickets. The date of August 18th is not showing up on your website. I have a question about the "Gladiator Gate" — will this gate be included with the Arena ticket and the Attico ticket purchases? My preferred time is for the 4pm tickets. Clearly designed by someone who very much wants you to NOT visit any sights. When it opens, and it is not guaranteed that it will, the navigation is horrid. Once you figure that out, actually adding something to the cart takes forever. And if you do get something added to your cart, good luck finalizing the purchase. In over an hour of trying I was never able to get a transaction to happen.
No tickets, deleting the app. Plenty of stuff to see and do in Rome without having to pay to put up with this sort of frustration.
What is going on???
