I ordered a Bip&Go tag for when I am on holiday in France . I did this on 28 September 2022. It is now 11 October and I have not received a the tag yet. I digitally signed a SEPA mandate but will cancel same if the tag does not arrive in next few days Peter Beamish
Please can you help. I have a liberT tag with the payments to you linked to my Barclays account in UK. I live in France and Barclays are closing all non-domicile accounts. The email address I have linked to this tag no longer exists, therefore I have no means of logging in to link my tag to both my French address or to another bank account. Last Mondsy or Tuesday I tried to get a Bip&Go Abonnement for France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Everything seemed to go fine, but after I had given all personal Information except my accounting details, the process suddenly stopped without any error message. Now I don't know the status: Will I get the Bip&Go box and a request for payment? Or was the process just aborted without being saved? No response when we were overcharged by a parking lot (we parked 2 hours and were charged for 7 days!). Luckily we had Amex and they reversed the charge.
