Registration process in a joke

The registration process is cumbersome and literally a joke.
The facial registration failed on me 23 times. I changed my background, got the light adjusted and am using and iPhone XR.
Save yourself sometime and avoid getting this app. For all you know some former govt representative’s business is the beneficiary behind the app.

How about fully testing your app before launching it?

HKID scan was painful but it was possible after 10 tries, facial scan was hopeless despite following the instruction exactly for 20 minutes and the app simply says facial scan unsuccessful without any further instructions.

Using version 1.7.1. Tried it multiple times under different lighting conditions. The only one (out of the 4 options) that works is opening the mouth. Remove the buggy piece of authentication.
