Pregnancy

I bought the at home pregnancy subscription when I was 31 weeks, wanting more modifications for my workouts (had been doing Apple TV+ workouts up until then). However it was too annoying for me to follow. I was expecting it to be follow along workout videos like the non-pregnancy part is, but it was broken down into hand made circuits, which is fine but I hate having to do a rep of something and then unlock and open my phone to see what comes next, took too much time from my workout when I wanted to just have a normal flowing workout and not having to check my phone every 30 seconds. It also wasn’t hard for me, but I am a regular exerciser with weights beforehand so going from normal non-pregnant strength workouts to pregnancy specific banded/light weight workouts just didn’t give me a burn or a challenge. If you are new to working out, this will be great for you, nice and light and slow. I cancelled after 2 weeks and will be going back to regular strength workouts and just modifying.

Best workout program moms!

I have been doing Meg’s workouts for 7 months now and I love it so much! I have a one yr old and having the at-home program makes it so much more convenient for me get a good workout in. Meg is so upbeat and you get new workouts every week! Her kids are not shoved to the way-side, Meg is a mom first, but she is deeply involved in her clients and helps me feel loved and like she cares about my struggles with getting motivated to work out and loving my body. She is there for you and she is all in and she is real. Wilma is the best and I would recommend it any day of the week to any mom who is wanting to workout from home or at the gym.

I have now been using it for over a year and a half and I STILL love it! Easy to get in and still burns 15-40 minute workouts. She even has free 5 min workouts that are killer and great if you only have a few minutes! WILMA is the best workout programs for anybody, but especially moms 🙌🏼

Meg is a ray of sunshine!

My sister convinced me to download WilmaFit (formerly Mom Strong Move) back in September and I am SO glad I did! Meg is a ray of sunshine and does such a great job making these workouts fun and effective. WilmaFit is for everyone; no matter where you are on your fitness journey she has modifications and more challenging options. Meg is so positive and uplifting and truly makes me feel like I can conquer the world after each workout. (Trust me, you will feel the same way too because these workouts are tough!) I love this program and I love Meg so much. Her vision on fitness is so much more than “looking good” it is about feeling good and showing gratitude for our amazing bodies! I love how she always says “it feels so good to move my body this morning, don’t take it for granted.” I am grateful everyday for my body and for this fitness app for transforming my workouts into something much more valuable than just a sweat sesh. Amazing App/program in every way!

Wilma Fit has been an amazing find! The content of course is fantastic and is full of variety. I love the strength training integrated with different forms of training from HIIT, low impact, cross fit, traditional strength training, high fitness, yoga, and meditation. You name it and it’s there!
WilmaFit itself is great! Simple to navigate, easy to change for what may fit you from week to week. Also great when you just need someone to set a schedule for you (when decision fatigue has fully set in).
More important is the community you gain and the never ending support, positivity, thoughtfulness and compassion that Meg and her team bring. You couldn’t ask for better people to help guide you on your journey to wellness!

Great balanced workouts for home and gym!

I started using WilmaFit in September of last year, nine months after having a baby. I’ve always been fairly athletic and strong, but was feeling a need to dial-in my strength training a bit more. The workouts are structured nicely and you can add weight and reps as you feel stronger. I’ve seen my muscle strength and overall stability improve dramatically, and each week is a great series of workouts that are well thought through. I’ve had to up weight for the home workouts to keep it challenging, but the pace and energy Meg brings is excellent. She has the knowledge and mindset of a trainer, but is so positive and encouraging no matter where you are on the fitness journey. Great workouts at a great price, and something for everyone with the gym and home programs. I have both subscriptions and can do most everything from home during covid shutdowns with modified equipment. I feel strong again and empowered to keep it up!

The only fitness app I’ve purchased

Wilma Fit is the only fitness app I’ve purchased. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect when purchasing it, but there was so much hype and excitement over it, I wanted to see what it was all about, just for one month. I’m nearing the end of my first month and know there’s no stopping now. I love having solid, new, challenging workout schedules each week. Meg is uplifting and encourages you to really push yourself to grow. The added daily bonus challenges really help to make it a full body experience even outside of the workout. I also appreciate the recipe ideas that are provided. WilmaFit is simple to use and gives you just what you need. I’ve had no issues with it. She offers plans for home workouts (what I have), gym workouts and pregnancy modifications. It’s nice to have everything you need to workout when you want with minimal equipment. Five stars from me.

Absolutely love this app!!!

I’m a new subscriber and I cannot say enough good things about WilmaFit!! It offers a wide variety of ever changing workouts each week, including high/low cardio and yoga, you’ll never get bored! The videos are easy to follow and easy to understand and don’t require much equipment. I have the Home workout plan and love it so much so far! One of my other favorite features on there are the nutritional recipes that come out each week, so yummy! But one of my most favorite things about WilmaFit is the sweet lady who runs this program, Meg! She is one of the most kindest, sweetest, genuine women that brings such a bright, positive light. She truly cares about women and becoming the strongest version of yourself all while building you up and leaving you a better person. One of the most positive forces for good out there! You will absolutely love WilmaFit and love her just as much as I do! So grateful I found it!

Wilma for the win!!

I have the pregnancy subscription and absolutely LOVE it!! Each week five new workouts drop into my app. It is so nice because it takes away the stress of figuring out what moves I should and shouldn’t be doing. The workouts use minimal equipment (5# and 10# dumbbells and a band) but still leave me feeling like I got a great workout in. She also has a postpartum section that I know will be so beneficial and helpful to my recovery. I have also been loving the High Fitness streaming on Saturdays and the yoga videos. Honestly, the amount you pay for WilmaFit is so minimal for all the resources and videos you get access to!

And I can’t leave a review without mentioning that Meg is the BEST trainer. I love her approach so much and always come away from listening to her feeling more capable, inspired, and proud of myself. She is so positive and encouraging and just the best hype girl! I wouldn’t want to be working out with anyone else everyday!

This will change your life

I’ve been using Meg as my trainer in my pocket for years. I currently use her at home program. I do not know her personally, but she did give me a shoutout on my birthday one year. This is why you should use WilmaFit: 1- Excellent workouts. You will never be bored. You won’t have to worry about planning your workouts. They are well planned, high intensity, and enough variety to work all body parts plus cardio.
2- Super affordable. I pay $10 a month to work out in my basement. I know people that pay 10 or more to workout at local gyms and don’t get as good of a workout.
3- You will feel a shift in your mindset. Meg coaches in a very body positive way. Can’t quite finish the workout? Lower the reps. Just keep going. Workout too easy? Add more weight. Just keep going. She brings a light to my soul that I truly needed. I don’t worry about what I look like anymore. I am more concerned with how I feel on the inside.

Meg is the best!

One of my best friends and I just had our babies a week apart from each other. We both did your pregnancy guide and LOVED it. We were just talking on the phone about our birth experiences, in tears talking about how much your guide helped us and how we felt so prepared going into birth this time around. We both had moments that were challenging during birth, but I just thought it was so cool that we agree your program helped us push through those moments to have truly amazing birth experiences. 🫶 We love you Meg! I’ve tried several workout programs and followed many people to find something that works for me. It’s so discouraging to search and search and come up short. I found everything I’m looking for with Meg—incredible workouts, an organized app, a healthy mindset about body image and food, and the kind of real-ness we crave in the people we look up to. I love the new Wilma app and its layout. The workouts are fun and challenging. I’m excited to wake up every morning and workout with Meg. I’ve made so much progress since joining her previous app last September. So excited to see what will come! Love you Meg!

The best fitness app I’ve bought

I cannot say enough good things about the Wilma app! Meg Miles just knows how to do it!! Not only do you get weekly workouts (with a pregnancy, home, or gym option (or both like I have!)) but you also get daily challenges that make it fun and push you each day. I highly underestimate them. Meg does the home workouts with you in a video (like what?!), models the gym moves in short clips, and pumps you up everyday with the sweetest note. I was struggling getting to the gym every day after having my baby and my husband finishing up law school but the flexibility of WilmaFit allows me to get a workout in when I can’t make it to the gym or am short on time. WilmaFit has made all the difference for me! Meg is also the most encouraging, sweet, and genuine person and it SHINES through on WilmaFit! You leave Wilma determined to be a better person and ready to make things happen. Not because you’re comparing yourself to Meg, but because she makes you feel able to accomplish anything you set your mind to. I don’t know how she does it but I’m so grateful she does! Now run and buy that subscription!! You won’t regret it.

My Favorite Workout App!!

The Wima Fit app has been such a game changer for me! I have tried several different workout apps and programs, subscriptions, and training classes but this has been my absolute favorite. The workout videos are challenging but so achievable. When I am feeling less motivated I know that I can still choose one of the shorter workouts for the week and still get in a great workout in only 15 minutes. I love that Meg does the whole workout with me which makes me know that I can push those last reps in, too! I also love that it is still such a great workout, my legs are currently quite sore from the full body workout from yesterday! Meg has created such an incredible community of support and healthy living and I’ve been following her on Instagram for a couple of years now and she always inspires me to Win the Morning! I’m so grateful that I finally decided to purchase a subscription so that I could workout with her, too!!

My saving grace!

I absolutely love this workout app! I’ve been doing it for 4+ years now and haven’t found anything better. Meg has somehow found the perfect way to push you just enough so that you’ll actually look forward to working out. I love how some workouts are 30+ minutes and some are 15 minutes for busier days. She even has a catalogue of 5 minute challenges! She is such a light and I look forward to the pep talks she gives in nearly all her videos as well. I subscribe to the home workouts currently but have done both the home and gym in the past; both are great! You only need minimal equipment at home and you’ll be amazed at the quality of workout you can get in. Not only that, but she also posts healthy recipes each week in WilmaFit ! Such a fun new addition and one I’ve taken advantage of and loved! I’m so grateful to have followed along for as long as I have, I’m definitely a healthier and happier person because of her influence!

Amazing workout app

I have been looking for something like WilmaFit for awhile that I felt comfortable with. I had seen a couple of other workout things a little bit like this, but something about Meg made me feel that she was so genuine about helping others and wasn’t in it for herself so I joined. Now that I have WilmaFit and I have messaged Meg about several things I can tell she truly cares and is an amazing person! I am so happy with this workout program! Meg helps you through every workout and does them with you and shows you how to do things which I love! I am a mom and can’t make it to the gym everyday so I have the at home workout app program and it has been perfect and exactly what I have been needing to help motivate me to do something for myself still. I also love how HIGH fitness is offered in WilmaFit every Saturday! Meg not only cares about our physical journey she cares about you and how you’re feeling and who you are as a person! Don’t walk, but run to sign up!! You won’t regret it!

Amazing!

I started with WilmaFit back in 2019 after I had just suffered back to back miscarriages. I’ve always gotten self conscious exercising in front of others at a gym so I decided to give the at home program a shot. I am still using and loving this program 4 years later! Some of the things I love are: Meg does the exercises right along side us leading you the whole way and teaching you alterations to movements if needed. I love the variations in options: some workouts are 20 mins, some are 40 (because with a toddler I don’t always have time to commit to a long workout). And it may seem like a basic quick workout but I’ve never been more sore with other workout programs and I actually see results! Lastly I love the emotional and mental coaching along with the physical- Meg is always reminding you to love your body, to love where it’s at while also challenging it to do more. She makes you feel good enough to show up as you are but you finish feeling better and stronger ❤️ thank you Wilma!!

The BEST workout app hands down!!

I’ve been part of the Wilma community now for almost 5 years and this is hands down the best workout app, especially for busy moms! Meg is a fantastic trainer, her mindset on health and fitness is so beautiful and encouraging! I’ve had two babies and using her pregnancy workout regimen and postpartum recovery guide has been GAME CHANGING in how my pregnancy, delivery, and recovery have gone each time 🙌🏻 I used the home workout guide for a few years and it was awesome! It was the first time I was actually consistent with working out, I could just airplay it on my TV and get a sweaty, effective workout in in around 30 mins with minimal equipment. The workouts are 🔥🔥🔥 But so easy to adapt to any fitness level and push yourself for improvement. I’ve now being doing the gym program for about a year and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Never felt so strong 💪🏻 I seriously can’t rave enough about WilmaFit and how much it’s changed my life for the better. I tell everyone about it. The best investment in yourself you’ll make!

The absolute best!

I couldn’t love Wilma more! The videos are so well done and easy to follow. I have the “at home” subscription and absolutely love it. I love that the only equipment I need are 5 & 10 lb dumbbells and a resistance band. I love that workouts are updated weekly so there is always something new. I also love that they vary in length so I always have an option that fits what I have time for that day. Not only is Meg an incredible trainer but she is so real, encouraging and upbeat. She brings so much light and energy into each workout. Rather than being disappointed in where my body is physically right now Meg has helped me to love and appreciate my body more and has motivated me to be more consistent in caring for it better, not just for the physical benefits but emotional and mental as well. And that being able to move my body through exercise is such a blessing. I also love that she is super classy and always wears modest workout clothes so I never feel weird doing workouts with my husband and kids too! I couldn’t recommend this program more, do it, I promise you won’t regret it!

Amazing for home, gym, pregnant, postpartum and more!

Updating this review after a couple years using WilmaFit. I’m almost done with the pregnancy gym program (currently 35 weeks) and it has been absolutely amazing. I am so incredibly grateful for the push WilmaFit has given me this pregnancy. This is my 3rd baby and by far the most success I’ve had being active throughout my pregnancy. I am very much looking forward to the postpartum support WilmaFit will give me and the help it will give me getting back to working out after this baby. Thank you Meg!

I’ve tried MANY different at home workouts but Wilma’s are hands down the best! Weekly workouts that she does along with you the whole way, yoga workouts, high fitness on Saturdays- not to mention $10/month?! The BEST bang for your buck. Meg is a positive influence in my life every day- I don’t know her personally, but she motivates and inspires me daily with her pep talks throughout the workout. I love that she isn’t focused on “before and afters” rather just helping my body feel good and STRONG. 100% recommend Wilma!

Positive Environment

WilmaFit will change the way you look at fitness. WilmaFit doesn’t promise you you’ll lose X amount of pounds in X weeks. It doesn’t promise you before and after unreal results. You’ll never hear Meg talk about losing weight or inches. You’ll hear encouraging words you help you get moving, to appreciate the gift of being able to move, to honor and love the way you are. Yes, she will challenge you and it won’t be easy, but she will allow you find a healthy lifestyle, while not obsessing about your weight, calories, diets, macros or any of that. She won’t be yelling at you to get you going. She’ll tell you how awesome you’re doing with her sweet, encouraging voice. And you’ll find workouts that work for you, especially if you’re gradually trying to become more active. You can start with 5, 10, 15 minute workouts all the way to longer, more challenging ones. Excuses are really out of the question because these are workouts from a busy mom to another busy mom, with little equipment. This is the kind of positive environment that I want for myself and that I want my kids to grow up around - positive, encouraging, and not shaming anyone!!!

Worth it!

I have genuinely loved WilmaFit! I have noticed so much improvement from when I first started using WilmaFit 4 months ago till now! I feel so much better, I have more energy throughout the day, I feel stronger and more toned, I’ve lost weight, and am so proud of myself for maintaining consistency with it. The workouts change every week and are unique and fun but also push me which I need! I appreciate the words of encouragement from Meg along the way and also at the end of the workout. I love the focus on feeling our best not just trying to look our best. It has also been fun to do high fit and yoga throughout the month too! Not only do I love the content, but I think the layout of WilmaFit is helpful and supportive. I love the confetti after a workout and the progress tracking! I could keep going!
It’s been a very worth while investment!
