Hi! So some of the things, such as food, clothes, and furniture, when I try to open the items to catalog them, nothing loads, it is just a gray screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, but it didn't do anything. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

How to fix Horizonpedia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Horizonpedia app on iPhone
Update Horizonpedia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Horizonpedia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Horizonpedia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Horizonpedia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Horizonpedia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Horizonpedia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Horizonpedia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Horizonpedia » click [Force Stop]

Update Horizonpedia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Horizonpedia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Horizonpedia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Horizonpedia.

Fix Horizonpedia unable to contact server/ Horizonpedia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Horizonpedia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Horizonpedia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
