My messages aren’t working. Can view messages on it from my iphone

When we enter COFIT , COFIT closes after one minute and COFIT can no longer be opened

Ever since the new update there have been nothing but problems. The phone/watch won’t stay synced and now COFIT won’t even open. I don’t know what you supposedly fixed but it didn’t work!

Awful bluetooth connection, on my phone it shows the watch is connected but when I try to change the time or any other settings it says connect your watch to Bluetooth, waste of time very poor connection highly not recommended any device requires connection to COFIT..!!!!

Got this watch as a starter watch for my son. It will not let me make an account for him. I was able to pair watch to phone. But COFIT on the phone I can’t even open or access because it keeps giving me error codes. So frustrating.

Just got the watch today. Went to register it app is down. Tried to contact the company with absolutely no luck ..not a good start.

I do not see a way to create an account without using my appleID, which I do not want to do.

Watch was nice for 2 weeks then a firmware update destroys it. Displays and theme are gone. No support 2 months now. Takes you to lily liu in shenzhen and everybody there getting no help. Not cool.

I’m running an iPhone 12 Pro Max with latest iOS and there’s no way in COFIT to create a new account so the watch I’m trying to use is worthless.

Whoever work on this, has no 2 cents of UX experience, there is no way to register a new account, i saw the response from the developer, which sound like there is a workaround for the problem, but i dont know and i dont care, why there is no simple way to register a new account

Can get any notification, I have tried every possible solution. Does not work

I see no provision to log meals. I just received it today, but that important to me.
Also Blood oxygen isn’t continuous

The “Sport” tab displays some insanely high distance travelled. Last night, I travelled 28 miles in my sleep. The step count is pretty close to accurate, but that distance in the Sport tab seems purely random.

I used to love updating the watch faces, but since the last update all my downloaded faces are glitching or not showing up properly. Wish they could fix this soon.

Started out working good. IOS updated and now COFIT won't talk to the watch. Also need to update faces for it. Had a nice deep green Rolex looking one but it vanished upon reboot.

COFIT is great. But it has a couple problems. When I try get the watch t connect to the Bluetooth, it says there are 2 S08K’s and you have to connect to both to get it to work. But then it stops working after some time because you really can’t connect with 2 devices for some time. So I don’t get notifications, weather info and calls. So the watch is basically useless at that point and you can only use for calculation, games,sports,etc. Please read this you can get a heads up about the Bluetooth.

The recently updated firmware for the AW12 was installed and now the watch does not function at all. Cannot see anything on the phone. Cannot turn off or on, doesn’t show charging status or record data. Triers reinstalling the Co-fit app on my iPhone but still unusable

First, the watch that COFIT pairs with, the AW12 is fantastic, and I recommend it. The lack of proper use of the English language really makes COFIT awful. I’d actually like to send screenshots with spelling and grammar corrections for both COFIT , and the instructions. The instructions that come with COFIT are horrendous. Quite literally the worst instructions of any kind I have ever seen.

It’s 2023, but there is no GPS functionality. It would be great to have use of Waze or Google Maps.

I believe there is a place in the market for COFIT… but it won’t be found until they address their audience with proper grammar, spelling, and legible instructions. If anyone from the developer is reading this, I’d be happy to provide you with UI/UX guidance, as well as corrected English that will make this worth using. (Of course, there will be a few extra watches you’ll need to provide in exchange for my service).

Update COFIT . Keeps crashing.

I bought the watch off Amazon and am using COFIT to be able to sync it. I am using iOS 16.7 which I believe makes a difference. Likely will encounter issues if you have iOS 17 until they have a software update. My only issue now is that I am not able to sync the weather on the watch.

Please assist and I will gladly change it to 5 stars!

Good looking watch but cannot get it to connect with Co-fit app. Bluetooth says paired but any settings say device not connected tho messages seem to come thru.

Also watch doesn’t connect with correct time etc.
instruction that came hook to DaFit which connects instantly bit from you videos the interface is different and I like the on in the video.
Any ideas. When adding device phone says pair which I do with notification etc nothing on watch says pair yet showed connected in Bluetooth setting.

Just received my watch today. I was a little skeptical when I saw the tracking app. I had contacted the manufacturer and I got a response right away. They reassured me that this is legitimate. I installed COFIT to my phone (iPhone 14), with the latest updates, and connected to the watch right away. No problem. Setup my settings after creating my account. Everything works great! Looks great! Took a couple of links out of the wristband and now a perfect fit.

I love COFIT and the watch

Every time I charge my watch, I have to go through the reconnection on my iPhone. This is a problem, because at this point I can’t open COFIT on my phone. Having issues!!
