Hyper Cleaner: Clean Up Photos Reviews

I subscribed for one week to see how I liked it before topping up. This product worked great for the first few days of my paid subscription. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the product at all for the last 3 days of my subscription due to it crashing.

I wrote customer service immediately when it stopped working. I explained in my FIRST email to them that I rebooted my phone, deleted HyperCleaner and then re-downloaded HyperCleaner . I repeated this process multiple times assuming the problem was on my end.

Customer service wrote back promptly and told me to:

Re-install HyperCleaner (delete completely and install again). Mind that it might erase the progress.
Run HyperCleaner from differentinternet networks (Wifi/ 4G, etc.).
Check that the time and dateare set automatically on your device.
I did all of these steps and HyperCleaner still crashed. I sent a video showing how HyperCleaner crashed. I am hoping I either receive a refund or my now expired subscription is re-instated.

Hello, just to get started, I am not going to the website to report if you can read it here. With that out the way, first. I have a separate Apple account, and I got premium or whatever. 𝕊𝕠, I had no control. It would delete photos that I would of taken a while ago. I couldn't deselect, and it's kicked me out a PAID app. Dissatisfied (ಥ﹏ಥ). Continuing, I couldn't make less space, it made more. I'm not sure if it's a bug, I'm more sure it's a hack. During the time I had it, it would say weird things like "delete feelings?, the it would say yes and yes. Low security if it is a hack. It could access all codes to the program. Needs work, and I'd rather ads than a trial. ٩( ´◡` )۶

When I downloaded HyperCleaner it selected a whole bunch of photos to be deleted. It took a while as I went through and deselected all the photos that i wanted to keep. After I finished, I pressed the “Clean Up” button and it said I had to do some kind of trial. There were options to do a 1 week free trial, 3- day free trial, Pay $4.99 weekly, or a lifetime fee for like 70 something dollars a year. No one told me about this and basically there’s no way to clean up your phone for free. Unless you want to do a free trial or pay weekly.

So, I don’t normally write reviews, but this was just horrible. So to clean the photos off of your phone you have to allow access to your photos, so I did that, if it finds two or more photos that look alike (even if they aren’t the same) it’ll delete them if you don’t deselect it’ll wipe them of your phone for good. Not trying to be mean, just pointing it out.

I had high hopes for HyperCleaner. I’ve been trying to clean my contacts now for three hours. I have uninstalled and reinstalled HyperCleaner multiple times and rebooted the phone. Every time I try to clean the contacts it simply freezes or the loading spinner spins forever. Don’t waste your time on this. I would move on to a different app.

Great app. I would love to see a feature where you’re allowed to mass select or “select all” items that you want to get rid of. I think it’d be more efficient and a timesaver.

HyperCleaner is easy to use when it come down to deleting stuff n making room for other app😆

HyperCleaner has saved my life now I don’t have to waste time deleting and deleting

It’s good tho I just hate when it asks me too delete how every many photos

I know we have a free trial for whatever days but how do we cancel the plan?

I’ve been looking for a cleaning app all this time and this one was sitting right in my face! It’s amazing ❤️

It’s been “deleting files” for 2 hours now. I literally took a nap because it was taking so long, I left the screen on, and it’s still going.
Also had to RE deselect the photos I want to keep twice now. I’m quitting if it becomes a third.

It helps but my brother took my phone and pressed a button so now all my contacts don’t have profiles anymore. And I can’t put them in because it always says “complete” for a long time and will not load.

This is unbelievable no cap I thought it was a scam but it’s true

Best app ever it deleted over 800 pictures for me I’m really happy to find HyperCleaner

Maybe u shouldn’t make people pay because then they’re gonna delete HyperCleaner like I did but can u not add an in app purchase pls. And instead of deleting it made more junk like there’s
Might be a big u BETTER FIX IT!!
