This app used to be very very good, but now all of a sudden there are so many glitches. Where when u put your info in, once you're finished & go back to look at your info only half Is there... Then other times u see all of your info & when u close it & go back into it again, nothing is left on your page. I MEAN GONE - OMG!!! Or only half of it appear. And no matter what you do, u can't get it back. I am so upset about this. I would say do not purchase this app. Bcuz u won't be able to save your things clearly where you can go back to retrieve them or they just won't be there. I would say use something else more reliable for your info. This is just my honest opinion, I did like it a lot. But now I wish I hadn't spent the money on it. Sorry.

there are so many issues with this app. I kind of just want to go back to the notes app on my iPhone.

I struggle with finding the smallest things like, how do I turn something into a bullet list? It shouldn’t be this hard to find and yet I still can’t find it.

Another issue I have is whenever I try to go back and correct a word that was misspelled, the cursor automatically goes back to the end of the note, instead of the word that I need to fix, so I have to click it a minimum of three times in order for the cursor to stay in the spot where I selected it. It is extremely frustrating and I truly wish I never spent money on this app.

One more issue I have is the sizing of words on the app. I set the font size to a certain number, but every time I do the size is different than the previous paragraph even though they are the same font.

I wish the app automatically added a page when you continue typing instead of letting the words I type get hidden off the page where I am unable to see them.

I don’t understand how people can make use out of this app and an easy way because this is one of the most difficult notes apps I’ve used. I think I might switch over to good notes.

I was looking for alternates for Goodnotes 5 because I was NOT about to spend 8 bucks on a writing app. I stumbled upon this app and thought it would work, so I downloaded it. Ironically, as I was closing out of the App Store I saw the little “Apple Pencil” message on one of the screen shots. I assumed, “oh they must allow the Apple Pencil to be used aswell” Because I don’t have an Apple Pencil, they are pretty expensive. I open the app and try to write (with my finger, obviously). It doesn’t work. I try changing the color + size of the brush, nothing. A few days later I borrow my friends Apple Pen and it works just fine. Then I realize that you guys only allow the Apple Pencil to be used! I didn’t even get to explore the features because I can’t even write without a $100 tool! That’s it, just please try to make your app available to use without an Apple Pencil.
