Keep resetting my password

I have reset my password numerous times because YMCAOntheGo doesn’t accept my password.

Been trying to log in but it is saying my credentials are wrong. Tried changing my password but no link is sent to my inbox. I can change it through the website but after changing and trying to log in into YMCAOntheGo , it still won’t let me. Very disappointed. Kindly fix your app.

I kept getting knocked off YMCAOntheGo and now cannot get back on. I’ve tried resetting my password numerous times and even tried reinstalling YMCAOntheGo . It just won’t work for me.

The same credentials that I use to sign into the browser or do not work for YMCAOntheGo . Eating planet fitness has a working app. Looking at the reviews this has been I will known issue for over a year. Do better
Poor app

YMCAOntheGo is very poorly made, I have not been able to regain access to my account for several days. I clicked reset password but never received an email to my email address, I even went to the gym but the people at the front desk couldn't help me

I tried 10 times to access my account. I chose forgot my password, i put my email to send me a link. But never sent me this link or respond to me. I tried from one month ago until now and never received anything. What should I do I don’t know?
Buggy and unusable

Had been logged in for weeks. The button to book a class went away, sometimes there and sometimes not. Couldn’t book classes. Deleted and reinstalled and now, like others I can’t log back in, but online I can.

Every time I try to use this after something happening every time it never shows me the classes that I want to take. I have reset YMCAOntheGo a lot of times and you still haven’t sent me the reset email for my password.
