The app has recently been updated. Mine wasn’t working I deleted the app and downloaded it again now it is working.

Could be way better
Could be a better app for such a great service, love borrowing books from the library, when I have a hold ready to borrow I can only do it on a computer not through the app. Not super functional only useful to open ebooks I have in my borrowed items

Barely functional
Very different from and not as usable as the website, which was also recently designed to its detriment. Can’t manage holds, can’t perform a basic search, and other features are missing. Freezes regularly. Whoever redesigned the app and the website around 2019 should be packing groceries or washing dishes, not designing apps. The only thing that works consistently about it is the ability to show your library card and scan it.
