Follow these steps to resolve intermittent COVID-19 app issues:

Force Stop the COVID-19 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click COVID-19 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update COVID-19 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear COVID-19 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "COVID-19 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch COVID-19.
