‏  Good Even w/o Subscription  ‎

I’ve been using HomeFitWorkouts for a while and I have to say it is very useful. With other workout apps I’ve noticed you can’t do much without a subscription to them. With this one you have 4 personally designed workouts and within each one you can get tips and even customize the workouts themselves and the way HomeFitWorkouts coaches you though them without subscribing. The only thing I wish I could do was access the other workouts on the discover page, but those are just for the subscribers. They also provide a meal plan if you want to follow it (which I personally find very unrealistic because the portions seem very small). Overall, I find HomeFitWorkouts pretty useful even w/o a subscription.  ‏

    Missing features  ‍‌

Compared to the screenshots for HomeFitWorkouts, I’m not seeing anywhere where I can find recipes. Also, it would be nice if you could input/track your caloric intake. In addition to the missing recipes, I wish there was a little more guidance as to how to use HomeFitWorkouts . Workoutwise, do I do all of day 1 for each target zone+my personalizes workout? Or do I just do my personalized workout? It’s a little too, “let loose and figure it out,” for me. I like the workouts, but I think the diet part of this could be built out more and a guide would be nice.‎    ‏   ‏ ‌   ‍

It is what you make of it

I love that I can listen to music and not have to see the screen when I work out since HomeFitWorkouts talks out loud. It gives you helpful tips on how to do things right. I think the workout plan isn’t too difficult, but doing multiple reps can increase the intensity. I actually use HomeFitWorkouts to supplement my swimming routine, and it provides great resistance training. I love that it’s free too. HomeFitWorkouts is definitely helping me lose weight by introducing me to a free workout plan that I can continue to use even after the 30 day mark.‏‍

‌  ‍Not bad, not great‌

Meh....I like HomeFitWorkouts but if you’re trying to virtually kill yourself to lose 50 lbs in two weeks, this isn’t HomeFitWorkouts for you.

It’s a fun little way to track your food, exercise, and weight patterns.

I think the avatar is a cute little thing, and she’s honestly the reason I keep using HomeFitWorkouts.

I like HomeFitWorkouts because there is literally no pressure. It doesn’t fuss at you if you happen to eat 10 calories less than your budgeted calories for the day (I’m lookin’ at you, MFP).

It doesn’t have unreliable “coaches” who only check in with you once a week and it definitely is a *job* for them. They aren’t really invested in your journey. (There you are NOOM and Muscles to Macros!)

Ultimately, I use HomeFitWorkouts because it doesn’t put any pressure on me but keeps me cognizant of the fact that I should be living a healthy lifestyle. ‍‍ ‌‌

 Not bad‌‌

I’ve used a few calorie counters like this. This one doesn’t have as large a library as others but you can change the calories easily which is nice. It would be nice to be able to add more than one thing at a time, and would like to be able to have the meals split into meals since I like to plan ahead what I’m going to eat. Overall not the worst, not the best. Has some nice perks to it.‌ ‌

‏  An Extremely Great App   ‌

I started doing the workouts in a wig store then when I got home I asked my mom for the link of HomeFitWorkouts . After I week I didn’t use it ,then two years later (year 2020) I did it in the beginning of the year and now I’m intermediate. I am thankful for HomeFitWorkouts . I also love the food ideas. Thank you for the fitness plans.     ‌ ‍   ‍

‍   Absolutely amazing         ‌

‌‎ ‏ I’m 12 years old, and weigh 80 pounds. I’ve always been super concerned and insecure about my weight. I’m always comparing myself to all of my friends and it’s driving me crazy. I just downloaded this and I’m going to start doing this tomorrow, and it looks AMAZING. I now am hopeful of losing weight and slimming down. I’m so glad I found HomeFitWorkouts!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
