Compared to the screenshots for HomeFitWorkouts, I’m not seeing anywhere where I can find recipes. Also, it would be nice if you could input/track your caloric intake. In addition to the missing recipes, I wish there was a little more guidance as to how to use HomeFitWorkouts . Workoutwise, do I do all of day 1 for each target zone+my personalizes workout? Or do I just do my personalized workout? It’s a little too, “let loose and figure it out,” for me. I like the workouts, but I think the diet part of this could be built out more and a guide would be nice.
