I have only gotten the app to work with me once. The model loads and functions fine when I first open the app but if I go to change models I lose facial expressions though I know the new model as perfect sync as well. I also can not get it to work with vseeface. I had it working the other day but not it won't match up to do expressions and yesterday the model was glitching and flashing on the screen.

How to fix waidayo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the waidayo app on iPhone
Update waidayo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall waidayo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix waidayo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve waidayo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

waidayo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix waidayo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the waidayo App
1. On android, goto Settings » waidayo » click [Force Stop]

Update waidayo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear waidayo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » waidayo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart waidayo.

Fix waidayo unable to contact server/ waidayo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click waidayo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto waidayo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
