have continued to be unable to download the offline map, it continues to 'freeze' 3/4 of the way through download. Also, the challenges tab is not populating anything.

How to fix DackMap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DackMap app on iPhone
Update DackMap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DackMap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DackMap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DackMap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DackMap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DackMap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DackMap App
1. On android, goto Settings » DackMap » click [Force Stop]

Update DackMap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DackMap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DackMap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DackMap.

Fix DackMap unable to contact server/ DackMap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DackMap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DackMap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DackMap
