How to fix Words app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Words app on iPhone
Update Words app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Words iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Words on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Words network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Words Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Words not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Words App
1. On android, goto Settings » Words » click [Force Stop]

Update Words to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Words App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Words » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Words.

Fix Words unable to contact server/ Words internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Words » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Words » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
