11 months agoMy Locals app on my Roku TV does not play any video at all. It stops after 29 seconds you took my hundred dollars and they’ve given me nothing in return.

1 year agoLocals.com has listed in their help chat that there is an edit button on each community subscription under Subscriptions and Billing. There is NOT! When faced with trying to cancel the subscription, I have been thwarted at every turn. No contact information other than an email - which I doubt will work. Why does locals.com not have the ability for subscribers to cancel a subscription?

1 year agoWhen trying to support Dinesh DSouza I had multiple issues with several credit cards not going through from my iPad. I changed to my computer and it finally went through. But after checking my credit card accounts I have two pending charges on one card and also a pending charge on another card.

2 years agoLocals app. At the "Set up your profile" page I have uploaded a photo and added a name in the "Display name", but I cannot get to the "continue" box. After I press "done" after typing my name the keyboard disappears, I see the continue box for a nano second and then I cannot get to it. I can't scroll down and there is no "next" button to press.

When you start a stream and turn your device sideways, it says, “Host lost connection.” This is just the latest in a long string of bugs; this app has NEVER worked properly. I uninstall and reinstall it multiple times a week, and it still only works about 10% of the time. Please fix this garbage app! Update: today, it’s blurring out the comments on streams. The blue goes away after a restart, but only for about five minutes. Every day a new bug! All the old bugs, like crashing in landscape mode, are still there!

I was understanding of this app being in Beta and the bugs and issues that arose. Additionally, I felt grateful that Dave Rubin created a free speech platform where you can hear information and opinions that don’t necessarily conform to the mainstream media narrative. However, since Locals was acquired by Rumble they no longer have responsive customer service (or customer service at all?). Reporting significant issues, such as all of the show replays on Coffee with Scott Adams being cut off EVERY day are totally ignored. They have not responded to my multiple attempts to bring this to their attention or even acknowledged the issue despite the fact that I pay $7 dollars a month for the bonus contract. This is really disappointing, guys.

You have VERY FEW features and even have taken away almost all abilities from the page creator unless I force the members to subscribe if they want to have the information and or so the page creator can assign help. No direct chat with each other that is private only public. Some of the most basic feature other platforms offer aren’t even available here. I have had to take my volunteer staffing to another site Just to be able to have a conversation for the page.
