How to fix Coop app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Coop app on iPhone
Update Coop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Coop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Coop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Coop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Coop Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Coop not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Coop App
1. On android, goto Settings » Coop » click [Force Stop]

Update Coop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Coop App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Coop » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Coop.

Fix Coop unable to contact server/ Coop internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Coop » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Coop » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
