I was able to pay for the same bill twice somehow and they charged me double. When i go into PhiladelphiaGasWorks I conveniently cant view my recent payments because the whole app crashes when i do so.

Downloaded app and it goes to a blank plain blue flame logo screen with no access to anything. Have to go to website pgworks.com to sign in.
PhiladelphiaGasWorks looks very old like it’s from 2009. It’s pretty poor and needs a lot more work.
Every time I try viewing payment history PhiladelphiaGasWorks force closes. Also, other payment apps have apple pay as a payment option. Could you add apple pay?
There’s an issue where I click on my service account to see my bill history and then I get kicked out of PhiladelphiaGasWorks . Please fix and improve PhiladelphiaGasWorks .
Won’t keep me signed in. Tells me my info is incorrect. Have to put same correct info in two three times. Not user friendly
