How to fix TikTracker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TikTracker app on iPhone
Update TikTracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TikTracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TikTracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TikTracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TikTracker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TikTracker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TikTracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » TikTracker » click [Force Stop]

Update TikTracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TikTracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TikTracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TikTracker.

Fix TikTracker unable to contact server/ TikTracker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TikTracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TikTracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
