How to fix Trendly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Trendly app on iPhone
Update Trendly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Trendly iPhone app

Fix Trendly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trendly network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Trendly app issues:

Force Stop the Trendly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Trendly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Trendly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trendly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Trendly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Trendly.

Fix Trendly unable to contact server/ Trendly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Trendly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Trendly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Trendly on android.
