Hello! I have paid for the subscription. At first i could see everything, now the app says it's not premium anymore. I have bought it today!, the next payment will be in june! How to fix this?!?! I bought for one month today on play store, stopped payment just so i didnt forget it. Would rather start it again if i liked it. But when i stopped a couple hours after bying it, the account isnt premium? It was when i first bought it, but stopped even though ive paid until the 6th of june. I would either like my premium back or refund, paying for something i dont have access to isnt really fair.. Thanks, Ingvar.

How to fix Reportly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reportly app on iPhone
Update Reportly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reportly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reportly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reportly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reportly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reportly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reportly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reportly » click [Force Stop]

Update Reportly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reportly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reportly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reportly.

Fix Reportly unable to contact server/ Reportly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reportly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reportly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Reportly
