I’m sure they had their reasons for changing their app, however, MyNovant is terrible. I can’t book an appointment online for the same places that I’ve done before with no problem…for some reason it has me programmed for another state that I can’t switch…I couldn’t update that I got the Covid vaccine- the doctor had to do that…Went to chat to have them book an appointment and got timed out very quickly when the person was looking into setting up an appointment so now I have to call. This is actually my first review but I had to do it because I hate MyNovant version that much

I was very hopeful when I first signed up for MyChart, however, I am NEVER able to log in. I always get a “sorry, try again later” error. I love the idea of having MyNovant on my phone for just in case purposes but I can’t even use it for that. Hope the issue gets fixed.

Novant needs to attend to the glitches in MyNovant. Half the time it will not launch. I get errors trying to access different menu items. It signs me out in the middle of writing a message to my provider. If you need something from your Novant provider, save yourself the aggravation and just call.

I received a Bill via email and attempted to pay using the MyChart app. My password would not work. Ok. I used the link in the email link - it worked fine and I was able to pay. MyNovant will not allow me to use my valid password to sign in and there is no recourse - other than write a bad review.

I have no idea why Novant made a new app that is less user-friendly, less accessible, and less intuitive. I can no longer access any of my children’s accounts from my account; it’s as if they no longer exist. The last app was so much more visually intuitive. There is a lot more guessing and backtracking to find things here. I wish I could give it zero stars. I have no idea what Novant was thinking.

MyNovant suddenly won’t let me sign in. The facial recognition doesn’t come up anymore and it’s not accepting my login information! I changed my password and it still won’t let me log in. I’ve had issues with MyNovant before. It’s very frustrating when I’m trying to get my Lab Results!!

Just got signed out and can’t sign back in, been trying for the last 2hrs. I can sign in on the website but not app. Please help me get this right! I just tested positive for Covid and I need to able to communicate with my Doctor

Some days it will allow me to log in and others it will not and then end up having to use the computer to view my records, email doctors or even look at my next appointment. Not very happy with MyNovant

I’ve had My Chart since 2012. An upgrade should not prevent me from logging on even if I’m using a new device. Password has not changed; works fine on laptop and iPhone. Attempted to set up touch again ! My fingerprint has not changed!

I couldn’t get the passcode to work when trying to set it up …it keeps buffering and doesn’t do anything!!!!!!! I’m tired of typing user ID and passwords every single time …

It doesn’t work…when I login and try to set a passcode for alternative to login, it keep buffering and won’t get thru…it’s a piece of crap …I’m sick of typing my user ID and password every time

I have been using MyNovant for over a year. I updated my password 3-4 weeks ago and can longer login on MyNovant . It just continues to say “sorry but we are having trouble logging you in.” “Try again”. I’ve tried everything. And have been hung up on twice by novant customer service team. And yes I am able to login online through the internet. It’s only MyNovant I am having issues with.

Missing the ability to add data to the Apple Health app or any other app including MyChart. This is something that is sparky missing for people who need all their health data in one spot.

Been unable to login to my account using MyNovant the last couple of days. Of course I’ve only tried the last two days. I can login online. I still like MyNovant . When I try to login it says “ Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.”. Please fix as soon as you can. Thanks!

The this app app helps me access all of my health information in one place. I can also find a new doctor or location in MyNovant as well. This is super helpful so I don’t have to go to a separate website or another app. Makes it super easy and convenient!

Haven’t been able to log on to MyNovant . Novant Health photo pops up but never displays for sign in. It’s been like this all week.

MyNovant is awesome. First fine user and I was able to log in without issue. All my information is up to date and I can see my visits, labs etc... Glad to have this!!! It will make my life much easier.

MyNovant is easy to use, clean, and unlike other medical apps isn’t overly complicated. I love the call customer service button right on the main screen after logging in.

MyChart looks the same at every healthcare organization. I’m glad this app is pushing past that barrier towards a more holistic healthcare app - not just a health record.

I love that I can quickly find my appointments and doctors all in one place! MyNovant is so much easier to use than my other chart app. Each time I log into MyNovant it has new features! It’s great!

Got a notification that I have test results. Forced to download new app. Opens to welcome screen and then nothing. Cannot get a login or an X or anything to get to my results. Very disappointed.

I have to reset my password to be able to login. Soon after I log in, it logs me out and won’t allow me to sign in. There is no one that can help me with the situation. Very inconvenient.
