The server regularly goes out of service for multiple days, which is crazy. Last time it was for a week, this time it’s been 2 days.
Interface is very bad, just stop trying to do a nest interface for the temperature, just put up and down buttons for the temperature. The circular knob is very hard to use.
Please allow scheduling!! Or expose the shortcuts so that we can program it from iOS shortcuts app. This makes no sense to not have this.
Please allow turning economy mode on or off (I can only see if it’s on or not, but cannot change it).
Please make this a bit more professional.

Very disappointed in the phone app. Paid the extra money but has never worked for very long. Requiring me to re enter all of the S/N and codes every couple months. Very frustrating and not reliable. It is convenient when it works but as stated you can't count on it.

App has not worked in months. Time for a class action lawsuit as they sold us a load of garbage. Ridiculous that in 2025 they can’t make an app that works (even when they charge extra for it).

Caldera won’t allow me to even create an account using Apple ID, Google, or even email. Don’t use WiFi access as a selling point if your company is unable to properly maintain the service.

Keep receiving an error message and will not let me log in.

In order for me to considerer this a good app it needs to have all the same functionality that the panel on the spa has. I can’t see what treatments the water needs without going out to the panel. Why would I want to turn the jets on from my app, but not be able to read the chlorine, PH levels, salt levels, etc. from Caldera ?

Can’t adjust temperatures after this update

App is easy to use. Love having the ability to set spa temperature remotely, no longer need to go outside and open up spa cover just to change the temperature.
Can only turn lights on or off with app, wish it could fully control the lighting the same as spa control panel. Hopefully this will be added in a future app update.
