Cannot see anything on the screen
Blank screen when I open the app (with gray boxes where the text should be). Nothing working to fix it
Downloaded app to join a community and the app will not load. I’ve tried deleting and downloading and restarting my phone. Nothing seems to work.
Same issue as previously mentioned: blank screen once app is downloaded. I tried turning off/on IPhone and reinstalling the app to no avail.
Hello, I am trying to log in to Circle in order to join a new community, but each time I get to the stage of entering a temporary numerical code and once I have done so just get a blank screen. Please advise - I have asked the creator of our community and she has no idea how to help me and I gather that others have managed to log on successfully. Many thanks, Ann
Circle app worked for about one week. For last 10 days only see a black screen. I have updated iOS, and deleted and reloaded Circle app 5 times on iPhone. Also, powered off/on iPhone several times. Any ideas how to get Circle app working again?
I’ve reloaded Circle Communities twice. I’ve turned the phone off and on again. I have an iPhone 13. Any suggestions please?
