How to fix Forecast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Forecast app on iPhone
Update Forecast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Forecast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Forecast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Forecast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Forecast app issues:

Force Stop the Forecast App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Forecast app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Forecast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Forecast App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Forecast app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Forecast.

Fix Forecast unable to contact server/ Forecast internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Forecast » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Forecast » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Forecast on android.
