Voided volumes too high

I have measured my void volumes using a container and I rarely void more than 300ml. Proud P shows my volumes in the 320ml to 400 ml range consistently. I don’t think this is correct and consequently I feel my flow rate may be overly optimistic. Is there a solution? I have tried to different iPhones and get the same results. Update - I used this app in a different bathroom in my house. Instead of getting a max flow rate of around 20 which all the other readings had been, I got 14ml/s max flow. Volume seemed low too. I am starting to wonder if proudP is a random number generator. How can it compensate without calibration to different toilet shapes, different amounts of water in the bowl, and different acoustics in the room? I also tried pouring a known amount of water into the toilet while using this app and the voided volume is way off.

iPhone 12 not supported / other issues

Initially after installing proudP , I got multiple pop ups while attempting to use proudP telling me my iPhone 12 was not a compatible / supported device and my results might not be accurate . I could click through that and still measure/ record. Eventually that pop up went away but a problem I still have is that proudP almost always fails to record / measure the first void of the day; it always delivers the “oops, something went wrong message”.

Does the best job!

I wanted to track and understand my urination frequency as I felt it was too much. Also, I wanted to have real data of mine to share with my urologist. proudP helped me to do the job as best as it could. Nonetheless, I have some suggestions for improvement. It would be great if there is a way to see how bad or good my flow is compared to the healthy people. It will allow me to picture where I stand. Also, it could be much easier if proudP can provide the interval between my bathroom trips. Without that sort of feature, I have to eyeball how soon or how long it takes to go for another recording. Lastly, I’d like to share this results with my doctor, and to do that I have to capture the individual screen. Would be much appreciated if there’s export to pdf/excel or a report to my doctor kind of feature.
Overall, I like proudP and it is a great app. I do highly recommend trying proudP to people having concerns on prostate health.

Great app, gonna suggest some things

Good thing is that it gives you a choice if you want premium or not. Now I am with proudP at all times. Could be better if there’s an option to print the results or export them.

Intuitive and accurate

Easy to use and intuitive graphical interface. Highly recommended.

Very best app

I have never, ever written any kind of review before. But proudP is a game changer, so I had to this time! If anyone has any concerns on frequent trip to the bathroom, especially at night, this is the very best app!

Impressive!!!

I just have to say this. Uroflow can’t be easier than this! No bluetooth paring with other device to be installed on the toilet. All I had to do was to get proudP, and take my phone to the bathroom and shoot!! I love the technology whatever you did for this!!!

Dear proudP

I am 51 year old male who has struggled with bph, probably since ten years ago. Your app was AWESOME that I could find the right treatment for me after showing the results to my urologist. Thank you so much for making proudP available.

More than alternative! This should be at my doctor’s office

I had to do uroflow test at my doctor’s office but the machine was out of order. They could have saved all my multiple trips to the doctor’s with this.

Really easy!

I’m pretty goddam old but proudP is really easy to navigate through. There are some apps out there that are just so difficult to work with whoever designed this, KUDOS to you. And more importantly, helping me stay healthy!

My doctor recommended

I have a urologist that I have been seeing and he told me to use this so that he could get some medical numbers to track my health.

The idea of recording pee sound is funny, but my doctor takes it seriously.
Surprised what technology can do nowadays.

Daily tracking

As for someone with prostate issue for a long time, finding an app that can track daily has has been a godsend. I can’t emphasize enough how much your app has improved my quality of life.

This is a very useful app!

I wasn’t sure how much value I could get from proudP, but it’s definitely worth paying for the subscription. I enjoyed using proudP because as a person who worries often about my health with family history, this tool allowed me to take time to look at myself, I mean my symptoms, in a clear point of view with numbers. One last thing, I wanted to add is about “add data”. Although the recording feature to get the number on my stream is pretty intuitive to do, obviously big start button in the middle, add data feature is confusing. I didn’t even notice it’s something that you can press and do logging my fluid intake. Automatic conversion between oz and ml was helpful.

Superb!

I like everything about proudP, get to know my own voiding patterns, and plan wisely based on the data I can capture with proudP. However, the countdown took quite longer than I thought. Would be great if you can do something about it.

My Urologist was impressed…

Had a return to my urologist after more than 5 years and came carrying my own data !

My Urologist’s interest was piqued and was impressed a patient could bring such results

“ Guess there’s an App for everything…”

BUT… in that visit, reveled it has some shortcomings…

The ONLY urination profile you can view is the last / most recent one
( that was the data / graphics he found my relevant and interesting). There’s no way to save or view previous ruination profiles

AND the PAST data isn’t really displayed in a usable fashion or manner - the chart is relatively small and hard to read and you can’t pinch or spread to zoom or rotate the information display.

Do some advertisement ProudP!

I had to travel all the way to down to Dallas to have a surgery. I had to revisit for the check up, but couldn’t. I have to bring home the bacon. That’s when my urologist suggested proudP, and it saved me from all the hassle. I had multiple visits to urologists to do the uroflow before, so many times!! You guys have to let everybody know about this.

Fascianting

I‘ve been using proudP for over 3 months, and I thought I would get frustrated recording my bathroom trips every time knowing that it could be a hassle carrying my phone.. but i found myself having my phone everywhere at all times. It is s helpful to see my recordings changing over time. The only downside is that there is no option to export my recordings.

Great for establishing a baseline of urine voiding

Very interesting how this works. It’s a simple and convenient way to measure daily urine output and urine flow rates. Wish I had known of it prior to treatment for enlarged prostate issues so could compare before and after readings. So if you are having LUTS issues and working with your doctor on treatment options i recommend using proudP beforehand to get baseline data and then use it after treatment to help measure progress.

If you are ever curious!!!!

I really loved the design and frankly the insights!!! Just to know how much you are processing fluid per day was informative. It helped me increase my intake of water per day in an effort to balance out and that is a good thing!!!

Frankly the diary was pretty good and just keeping track of when and how much… etc is informative!! I strongly recommend it to anyone who is curious and conscious about their health.

Thanks all for your efforts and creative solution.

Recommended by my doctor

and it couldn’t be easier to use. Just turn it on, aim into the toilet, and results are displayed a few seconds later. Future of health care!
