hi, trouble installing, it stops at "blowing gjallarhom" it stopped working so I uninstalled it and tried to re-install but it will not complete the install. please help respectfully, iain c

How to fix Mimir app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mimir app on iPhone
Update Mimir app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mimir iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mimir on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mimir network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mimir Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mimir not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mimir App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mimir » click [Force Stop]

Update Mimir to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mimir App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mimir » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mimir.

Fix Mimir unable to contact server/ Mimir internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mimir » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mimir » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mimir
