Currently unable to send messages.

Doesn’t even let me create my account. Stops at location services request. I accept and it does nothing. Does not let me move on. Trash.

Headero is like a prototype or something. So many basic features is missing like how many minutes ago someone was online or if anyone had looked on your profile. The description doesn’t clearly say if you’re into something or if you except to receive what’s in the description. It’s almost like a desert. I like in Chicago but it shows maybe 30 people total.

App is so slow, it takes forever to do anything. I’ve had a few good experiences on here but it just takes so much time do get anything done. I’ll still use it occasionally for what it’s meant for because I love what it focuses on. The whole interface needs to be re-done. Please start over.

The language in the UX makes Headero very difficult to use: when I select I’m “eager to please,” I see only users who are also eager to please. Maybe I’m stupid, but if I set the filter to “eager to please,” shouldn’t I only see people who are “eager to be pleased?” Until Headero makes sense it is useless, don’t wast your time.

I haven’t met one real person on Headero and ive used it for almost a month. Every female profile are men (probably indians) catfishing using istagram/twitter/pornstar models pictures. They will respond with services they will do for a price, then ask for payment via cashapp or some other method BEFORE they meet you. I haven’t fallen for this trick but basically you will send them money and never hear or see them again, because it’s a scam. Never send anyone money. Don’t fall for the scams. Headero also is just trash because it doesn’t filter by distance. It’s full of profiles 1000’s of miles away and mostly fake profiles with only around 5-10 accounts with no refresh. It’s a waste of time unless you enjoy talking to scammers.

Most profiles are pretty empty without much info filled in. Very few active users - only 3 out of nearest 40 at “busiest” - even in NYC. Also seems rather expensive to upgrade from basic since no one seems to be using App much anyway. Not impressed yet.

Headero wouldn’t function past setting up my profile. I put enable location and it stopped functioning.

I live in Texas. Turned on the location settings, and not one profile was close. One was in Atlanta another in Boston…seriously? $15 subscription and the best I can get is “here’s 12 profiles in 6,740 mile range” (it actually says that)

App doesn’t work. Received messages. Typed responses but they would never send. Constant freezes. Very few profiles. Waste of time downloading. Probably information scraping scam.

Messages came through about 5 days late. When I tried to respond, I’d type a message and hit send, but nothing went through.

Headero caters to a tiny population.
I don’t personally know anyone who doesn’t look for a pre-defined sex/gender partner/experience, but for those few who are, enjoy this lame app.

However, Headero currently suffers from a lack of active users. Despite being based in San Francisco’s Castro district, an area known for its vibrant community, my experience has been that Headero feels underpopulated. It’s not uncommon for me to go weeks between opening Headero , only to find minimal activity and messages from the same users.

This is particularly disappointing because this app has the potential to thrive in a city like San Francisco. The limited user base suggests that Headero needs to increase its visibility and user acquisition efforts. Additionally, expanding the profile options could help users present themselves better and engage more effectively.

I believe in this app’s potential and hope to see it grow and succeed. With an increase in active users and a few enhancements to the user experience, Headero could become a go-to platform for those who prefer this specific form of intimacy.

Headero is a good idea but it is too clunky. As others have reported, it loads extremely slowly. I chronically have one unread email I can’t find. Even in NYC, guys using it to meet guys are using other services instead, such as the blowers site, so there aren’t even enough members in NYC to keep this thing going. Middle also don’t take time to indicate their preferences are really fill out the profiles, so if as if they created their profiles to take a look around and seldom came back.

A friend of mine also uses this app and also says he’s never met anybody in a couple of years on it, despite both of us offering appealing profiles. I’m giving up after 2 years.

The latest update from the developer says they made improvements. Truth is, they just took away features and now charge for them. WHY PAY FOR AN APP WHERE ONLY 4 MATCHES NOW SHOW UP?

Please just get rid of the hookers on Headero you should be able to ban the people who charge you on Headero especially those scammers fake bots too it makes no sense

Clunky app, will not let me upload pictures from my gallery. Filled with hookers and fake profiles.. nobody within 150 miles of me and not able to filter on distance. Unable to swipe through profiles, reverts back to first profile whenever you open a profile to have a closer look and then you loose your place and have to start from the beginning. Intriguing idea and hopefully will be development further and promoted so more people will join.

Not quite sure why Headero indicates that I have unread messages when all I get are from peeps who have a black profile due to the fact that they are under review. Odd.

It’s not bad and it’s pretty good I’m every way but there loading screens take forever profiles load sometimes and sometimes they won’t and same for messages

The thought behind Headero -to reach out to people into the same thing ia a good one.
The impression is that most communities, no matter how inclusive, still engage in the same basic practices- not necessarily a bad thing but not great if you’re not into that, so being able to filter out that segment by definition is a great timesaver.

Unfortunately, it’s not clear how Headero works
There is no tutorial that explains how to properly use it and, while it might be simple, it does not feel intuitive.

There are also bugs in the software that the developer should look into, like how different log in methods are not synchronized

Another post mentioned that there might just be very few users so maybe there is just a lack of interest.

Honestly am a fan, I love how direct it is but I live in RI and would be interested in like idk 35 miles tops for traveling (especially with the current gas prices) so I don’t understand why I get people in NY or TX. I haven’t seen a single person for my state and hardly anyone for MA which is basically a small step away from little Rhody. A location setting would be fantastic.

Good app. Interesting ui for finding people to chat with.

Wish that I could obscure my location more. It pinpoints your city or town, so if you live in a small town like I do, it is super easy to find me. Seems like a privacy issue.

One bug is that it always shows there are unread messages in the counter icon at the bottom of the screen when I have no unread messages. It keeps ticking up and up. Currently it says I have 10 and there are zero. It won’t go away. No way to “mark all as read”. It is a little annoying.

It’s a amazing app but sometimes Headero is slow to get working but overall you can meet some sexy guys here

I downloaded Headero not really knowing what to expect. I’ve tried similar apps and they never quite delivered on their promises. This one does. Great app that says what it does and does what it says, all while operating underneath core principles of enthusiastic consent and fun. I’ve told a few people about it, and they agree. Highly recommend!!!

Great app with a great purpose and truly inclusive in creating sex positive environment!

One night in Headero and I fulfilled a fantasy I’ve had for years. As a non-binary person who is enjoying exploring my sexuality Headero felt extremely inclusive and welcoming.

Loving all the inclusivity Headero brings to the table. The search engine brings up potential matches that I didn’t know I would be “down” with. There’s a relaxed and no-pressure feel that’s unlike the other dating apps out there. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

A few bugs but it’s def legit. Still fairly new to Headero but I gotta say I love how inclusive it is and i love how you don’t have to really box yourself like the other apps. Women Men and all that are in between. Met someone really dope off of it 😈

Fun and intuitive app! It has gotten a lot of traction too, there’s a lot of people already. I 100% recommend it!
