Close and restart the SnapMath app on iPhone
Update SnapMath app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnapMath iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnapMath on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnapMath network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SnapMath not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SnapMath app issues:

Force Stop the SnapMath App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SnapMath app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SnapMath to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapMath App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SnapMath app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SnapMath.

Fix SnapMath unable to contact server/ SnapMath internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SnapMath » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SnapMath » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapMath on android.
