How to fix Radius app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Radius app on iPhone
Update Radius app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Radius iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Radius on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Radius network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Radius app issues:

Force Stop the Radius App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Radius app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Radius to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Radius App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Radius app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Radius.

Fix Radius unable to contact server/ Radius internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Radius » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Radius » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Radius on android.
