How to fix RealLoc app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RealLoc app on iPhone
Update RealLoc app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RealLoc iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RealLoc on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RealLoc network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RealLoc Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RealLoc not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RealLoc App
1. On android, goto Settings » RealLoc » click [Force Stop]

Update RealLoc to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RealLoc App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RealLoc » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RealLoc.

Fix RealLoc unable to contact server/ RealLoc internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RealLoc » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RealLoc » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RealLoc
