3 years agoI am not renewing my account and you guys have already tried to take money out of my debit card. I wish to cancel my membership and get a refund due to the features on the site not working for me like (epic university, free forex, etc.)

3 years agoI am so mad with you guys. I joined December 21. I have my business debit card in your record. You sent me a message that you can not draft it. Which is FALSE. You kick me out of the back office and you asking me to sign up again for $135. So shameful. I’m expecting you to draft the card in your record and bring me back to my back office. Thanks

Terrible customer service
I have been trying to get into contact with a actual human they have a support number that just tells you to talk to your back office and you got to the back office it’s a robot who tells you to go to your email and then the email tells you to contact the back office. It’s customer service is absolute trash and they charged me the monthly fee when I had the 3 and free and have yet to receive a response and I need to pay rent, when I earned the right to not be charged it’s dumb and annoying I need my refund!!!!!!
