1. User session expiration max is 24 hours which makes the app less convenient than Oanda's app. With Oanda's app you do not need to login 10 times a day as Forex.com app freezes 10+ times a day and you need to kill the app after that you have to login again. Oanda's android app - once logged in never asked to punch again 8 characters password that must contain!!! one capital letter, a number, a special character and be from 8 to 15 characters long while you are "mobile". Extremely convenient, well thought kindergarten style developers design implemented. 2. There is no way to forbid the Foex.com app rotating screen when you do not need it , once again this developers must see Oanda's app to understand how really convenient app design is implemented 3. You really need a magnifying glass to view the app layout. There is no option to magnify at least some areas like open position data containing rectangle. 4. If you are using default video driver in your android device you may experience your android device become extremely hot if you use their layout where you may chose indicators. Three indicators used - you may heat your room with your android device. 5. Compared with Oanda's android app this Forex.com app requires 8Gb RAM if you do not want to get into troubles described above. 6. If you are expecting tech support qualified answers to your questions you may need to chose another broker. 7. Interestingly enough this Forex.com app exists in this poorly developed/designed state for a number of years and they totally disregard users complaints.

I'm unable to connect via app. Only one time got connected out of at least 50 attempts from morning to late night

tried uninstalling and installing mobile app on iphone 13 latest OS. I keep receiving an intermittent “something went wrong error” and or missing orders buys and sells on charts. thanks jenny
