My BYJU’S w/ Disney app has stopped loading, and as others are reporting here recently, there’s absolutely no support to be found. I have tried messaging via BYJU’S website and it seemed to continually error out, the customer support button on OSMO website is no longer functioning. I’ve replied to previous email support threads hoping to reach someone, no response. I’ve messaged BYJU’S & OSMO on Facebook, nothing, only the automated responses. I’ve updated BYJUSLearningDisney (somehow there was a recent update, very strange) and it did not solve the issue, it gets stuck on the opening (purple) screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling BYJUSLearningDisney , upon doing this it asked me to sign back in, once I entered my email associated with my account a wheel started spinning and never stopped, I’ve tried it multiple times.
I have spent about $200 on this curriculum, two different grades, one I’ve not even used yet and the other we are only a quarter of the way through. This is incredibly maddening.
I’ve had to report OSMO (Tangible Play) to the BBB before and they do not respond, they have an F rating with BBB. I do not expect to ever see my money back on this product. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT PURCHASE BYJU’S / OSMO PRODUCTS!
