It is bad business to financially advocate loyalty and trust to your customers and not show the person who has put their trust in you THEIR balance.
This is THEIR money.
And you’ve taken that option from them
As well as these super late pending charges days, sometimes weeks later is also another shady improvement and completely unacceptable.
I’ve banked with you for 8 years, and unfortunately those 2 changes alone are enough red flags of uncertainty to consider banking with a new credit union.

I logged in initially on desktop, then downloaded NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan and signed in to NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan afterwards. All worked great. No verification issues. Able to connect other external bank accounts also. No complaints

Can no longer see your rewards in app, can no longer schedule auto transfers in NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan , and they changed the account transactions page to no longer show the running total of your transactions, only that you spent money.
Severely disappointed in this “upgrade” and it seems like they’ve taken away more than they’ve improved, we’re starting to consider switching to a bank.

NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan does everything I need it to do but faster than the previous one. I check balances, make transfers, and view posted transactions. It’s all there and outlines nicely. Great job.

You can not go out of you Dash board page on Accounts. You have to go to the arrow in left side and hit that , go back to page that say close. And hit that to get out.

I love credit Union One. I’ve been a member for years They have satisfied all of my banking needs. No one can get faster service or better service at any other financial institution!!! Thank You Credit Union One.

They are trying but can’t seem to get right

I am a prior member with Credit Union returning to continue enjoying the services they offer. Currently as well as before I am satisfied and impressed with the service enhancements.

Often have to close and re-open NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan several times as it refuses to allow login via Face ID or just manually. It'll sit and spin at the login page but not allow me to actually input details. This happens on any connection type be it wifi or LTE/5G.

Latest update also broke depositing checks via camera, app just crashes now.

I love NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan, just wish I could download my direct Deposit Form from NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan instead of having to go to the branch office.

Don’t bother with this mobil app. The old one was much more user friendly.
I can not retrieve an actual copy of my checks on NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan. I don’t always have my checkbook with me so it’s helpful when I check my account to see who I wrote the check to. I tried the “chat” line it is so slow to respond, that I got kicked off three times while I was waiting.

Looks better and it’s faster, but I don't like how your reserving some features for online only

I love the new snapshot feature where I can quick view my balances without having to log in.

I love the quick view of my balance and most the new features! It is super quick but not having the running total is unacceptable. Please bring it back!

I feel my online banking is secure. Occ. I will have a issue I don’t understand but the employees are so helpful.

The old app was awful and this new version actually loads up!

I really like the Credit Union One Banking App. It is very easy and convenient

Even though I have notifications turned on I haven’t received any and now I don’t even get the text notifications I had turned on before I got NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan .

Finally I’m not ashamed of opening my app in public.

Like other comments here, neither verification phone number is mine. Cannot move forward without this verification, making NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan useless.

Will return and rate later If bug is fixed.

The new layout of NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan is real nice but it’s still slow. Going into my transaction report and the most recent transaction posted is from April of 2018... the other app is still working fine btw

The verification phone number is not mine and there is no option to change it

Both of the “authentification” phone numbers are not mine so I can’t even log in. Family members are seeing the same phone numbers and can’t log in either.

Removal of rewards, nothing that sets them apart from an online bank, and a debacle of a rollout and phone support on NEWCreditUnionOneMichigan. have made my decision to move on after being with them since St Mathews Credit Union, 1986.

Great job with the new app. Love the snap shot view.

It’s really embarrassing that this “credit union” can’t even get online banking down. Really need to fix it so we can actually log in

I’m having the same problem with the authentication phone number.

None of the phone numbers for verification are mine. Cannot use the application.
