I mistakenly picked the wrong gender during the signing up, which is quite normal from the user aspect. But, from a developer standpoint, it is not normal there is no way of getting around it, the developer must address all the edge case scenarios that the user might run into before throwing the app into the App Store. Also, the app missed its core mission, introducing someone with their loved one then moving on. It's not ideal for the users to use the app in an eternity manner, which contradicts the principle of relationship, in my opinion. There should be a farewell section once users satisfied the reason for the visit to this app in the first place. If I was happy with the app, I am less likely to come here and spend this much time for the review because it's a normal user behavioral pattern. So, by definition, the more people visit this review box, the more the app has a problem. I hope there will be an improvement in the future!

It’s waste of time and money. I had a premium membership and I found it unhelpful.
1. First, the algorithm picks matches in same areas every time which are far from my location. They always pick matches in 3 areas for me which I never select.
2. Most of the selected matches are inactive accounts and they never show up online, may be they are abandoned account. They don’t take out inactive accounts from their system.
3. The app is sluggish, and has bad user interface. It takes a lots of time to navigate from one section to the next. I also really hate that heart shaped flickering thing popping up and the brightness changes when I navigate from section to section.
4. They have bad costumer service. They have phone number and email address for contact information. I tried to call them on a business days but the automatic answering machine tells me to send them an email and the phone hangs up. So, I send them an email four times and no responses at all.
5. Finally, I uninstalled the app 2 months before my 3 month subscription expires.

Hello there 👋🏾., issue that am having here is that when I try to update my info and profile picture the page don’t have any way to go back to access those sections it’s just showing a page that will direct you to upgrade with monthly charge to be able to see people thats also using this app nothing like other apps like this ., I hope the developer get to figure out and fix those issues., as there is always room for improvement
