I want to buy the marches in toumpa 2022-2023 but I don’t have android phone and connection but iPhone and Mac,i haven’t downloaded the latest version.What do i have to do cos the paok tv in my iPhone appears nothing but the sign”PAOK TV”and no button to move there.All the ways leads to the latest version android.What can i do at this point to buy the package of the toumpa matches for this season; Thank You!

How to fix PAOK TV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PAOK TV app on iPhone
Update PAOK TV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PAOK TV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PAOK TV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PAOK TV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PAOK TV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PAOK TV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PAOK TV App
1. On android, goto Settings » PAOK TV » click [Force Stop]

Update PAOK TV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PAOK TV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PAOK TV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PAOK TV.

Fix PAOK TV unable to contact server/ PAOK TV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PAOK TV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PAOK TV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PAOK TV
