Hello,The app crashes during login. got a iphone 12 mini with ios version 16.1.1. I also have the newest grippy version (1.5.6). Tried all the tips you listed here without success.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Grippy app issues:

Force Stop the Grippy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Grippy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Grippy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grippy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Grippy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Grippy.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Grippy » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
