Hello,The app crashes during login. got a iphone 12 mini with ios version 16.1.1. I also have the newest grippy version (1.5.6). Tried all the tips you listed here without success.

How to fix Grippy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grippy app on iPhone
Update Grippy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grippy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grippy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grippy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Grippy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Grippy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Grippy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grippy » click [Force Stop]

Update Grippy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grippy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grippy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grippy.

Fix Grippy unable to contact server/ Grippy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grippy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grippy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Grippy
