After not accepting my ID/PW, it went into a never ending notification that I had to wait for 15 minutes before requesting a new password. I deleted the app but cannot load a new one now. All this for fairly unimportant protection?

I was suppose to receive a call from you. The day and time was set and I even received a text the night before as a reminder. NO CALL. How legitimate is this program?

No matter how I set my notification time frames, this app will not notify me. I have to constantly check my trial for tasks to complete which is draining. All my setting in my phone for push notifications are allowed and the app is still not notifying me.
