Love the thermostat, but EasyTouchRV does not work will. It intermittently disconnects from my WiFi, when other devices like my Ring cameras do not. I have to be at the device to reconnect. The whole purpose of WiFi controls is to be able to turn it on and off while away and monitor it. I do not have confidence in the reliability of EasyTouchRV or the WiFi connection, which kind of renders the device useless while away from my RV which I keep 500 miles away from my house. Please fix EasyTouchRV !

If you click before it’s loaded, it will crash.
If you wait until inside and outside temperature is shown, it works perfectly.

To easy touch.
You should disable all buttons when it’s loading.

It’s a great concept but half the time when I open EasyTouchRV it doesn’t allow you to control anything it’s just a black screen. When it does work though it works great. The only thing I don’t like other than it having a lot of bugs is it doesn’t accurately read the temperature inside or outside. They need to update it.

True “Plug & Play” install. Easy to configure and Bluetooth & Wi-Fi! Great addition to my smart RV and provides peace of mind while our pet is left guarding the rig. Wi-Fi updates keep improving it as well.

And that’s the best part of EasyTouchRV.

Everything else is just downhill. GUI written by 6 year old. Design is there but not functional.

You can change from heating to cooling in mid winter not even realizing. Easy to change without confirmation and that’s the frustrating part.

At first support said that 6s screen size wasn’t supported. When I complained the Zones couldn’t be selected in Away mode, response was Too Bad So Sad, buy a new phone.

Now they mention that screen graphics can be fixed, however “it will take awhile”. Nice 😡

Beware.

When a schedule is initiated the new temperature set point is not reliably set till maybe an hour or so later. Very inconsistent

The Micro Air team has done a great job of providing a good usable experience that extends the functionality of the EasyTouch RV thermostat.

Latest update broke my ability to even get into my thermostats now. It tries to walk me through setting up an email and password and then says they are wrong. Not happy at all.

Good concept. Problem is wifi. Looses connection once a day. Have to reset thermostat and re-enter wifi settings to get it to reconnect.

EasyTouchRV is not ready. Setting button does not always work. WiFi intermittent. Unusable

EasyTouchRV does not find any WiFi connections in the camper or anywhere else with known WiFi. No help on micro airs website or even an email or phone # for support.

This works only if manually set. Does not work remote. Support requests are ignored. Web support is nil. It's unfortunate. Wasted $$$.

It’d be even nicer if it displays the battery voltage.

I’m not sure who wrote EasyTouchRV, but it feels like their first time writing anything. I’m amazed Apple even approved this.

Can’t install, app continuously crashes

Funny, 1.5 year old Mac with IOS 11.4 without M1 chip—will not work with EasyTouchRV . So that eliminates ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE except new Macs!!

Love the device and EasyTouchRV could use some help. Crashes all the time not reliable yet. Will update review if updates help.
