Hi. I just started the service. I received an incoming call today and needed to record it. I hit the +sign to add another call, and clicked to phone your recording line. When It connected I hit Merge calls. But after finishing I saw that nothing was recorded. Please give me instructions on how to start recording on a call that has already started. thanks,
