Well ya me. I needed copies of my calls last night and listened to them today and well I’m not laughing. I will admit you got me loud and clear but as soon as they answered theres nothing but total silence. Cute. You have not helped one bit. To try and charge such an exorbitant amount in the first ... Show more place and then not work at all. I guess it’s on me to not take the time and check the first recording, but I have a trusting nature. I’m finding out the hard way the just because there’s an app on my iPhone doesn’t mean it works correctly nor can it be trusted. I feel like the iPhone should have higher standards but they don’t. I guess if they are capable of killing batteries quicker they are certainly capable of having unreliable apps on their phones. Wow the more I learn of mankind the more it is heartbreaking. It seems no one is trustworthy, honest, nor just plain kind anymore. So just thought I’d drop a quick to tell you how let down I am once again.

After downloading this app, I wanted to include my own opinion I formulated after only 30 seconds. When you first open this app, you put your phone number in and afterwards it states “Unlimited access to all features, pay $9.99 weekly to record incoming and outgoing calls. Now, I decided to say no ... Show more to that and see what happens if I click the X in the top left corner. *sigh of relief* I made it to the green call button at the bottom. When I clicked the button, I could hardly believe my eyes. Would this app really not include any features for free? That would be correct.. you have to pay the weekly service fee to use any features on this app. Outrageous!

I downloaded this app as I am involved in a huge harassment, intimidation and retaliation case at work. I had to have a phone conference with Human Resources as I live far from work. I wanted the call to be recorded for protection purposes. It only recorded 7 seconds of a 35 minute conversation! Du... Show more ring the call there was very very important information admitted, and now I can’t prove it! I’m so so upset! Maybe it’s because when I called my work number, I had the recorder activated and then was transferred and it hung up the assist number?! I don’t know but if that’s the case, it should say that in the directions. I can’t even believe it.
