The overall concept is awesome and I’m sure the app is still evolving. But the few things that are wrong with the app easily become SO aggravating over time. 1. Nearly a week after our group was formed, I attempted to access the group’s stats. Instead I got the dreaded spinner in the middle of the screen for an entire day. After that, subsequent log-ins showed nothing—no group, no chat, not even the spinner. I could never get back into my group—even as I continued to receive push notifications about it. 2. When my friends ended up creating a new group for me to join (starting the whole challenge over again), I logged in only to get a prompt that my invitation link has expired—even though I’d joined the new group. Even subsequent log-in since then shows the same error. 3. Anytime I open the app by clicking on a push notification, none of the info appears—no chat, group, etc. Juuuust the spinner. I have to close the app and wait several minutes before trying again by directly opening the app. 4. For optimal utilization, it’d be great to be able to capture your weight daily as opposed to only once per week. Finally, I initially tried to add all of the above directly in the app after receiving a prompt to provide feedback. After typing it all out and pressing send...nada. So frustrating!

You can keep track of your weight, steps, stairs, and water intake. 36 of us at my work started using it for a group weight-loss challenge. What the app does not tell you or hides is that it will become completely useless after two weeks unless you pay. I would highly recommend using a different app unless you plan on giving that money. I also think it’s ridiculous that they don’t explain that upfront and easy to see way. shame on these developers considering it does not offer nearly as many options as similar appsThat cost less relying onBeing misleading to get people to use the app and then telling them you have to pay.

I would like to think the app is a great idea but I have literally had it for not even a full day and the app will not load properly. Looking through past reviews this seems to be a very common issue. I am in a group with work friends in a challenge and it will not load and when I click on groups there is absolutely nothing there. I have tried everything and when I click back on the link that was distributed to us it says I’m already in the group but I can’t see the group. Would like to give this app a shot but not off to a good start seeing that it already has crashed and doesn’t work properly and I haven’t even been using it for a full day.
