Wanted to read a book I had previously unlocked and it doesn't load. Just goes to a white screen.
I’ve purchased three sets of coins totalling £35, bank showing debited, receipts have come through but no coins have appeared, any suggestions on how to resolve this and get my purchases?
The apps always says connect to server. I even deleted it and reinstall but the problem is still there.
The audio is not working on the book I’ve been reading???can someone please get back to me with a solution????
ad's not loading
my app isnt successfully loading adverts and so i can't move on with the books I am reading. The botton to watch is showing as it attenpts to load new chapter but when i press it, it trys to load bit tjen says unsuccessful amd try later.
When I tap the place where it says tap ad it says ad is unavailable try again. I really need to watch ad to reas that chapter

Audio not working
Purchased coins £8.99 and £4.99 both lots of coins did not appear on account how do I resolve this ?!
I'm on chapter 476 and it keeps going to chapter 11 and I spend five minutes trying to get back to where I left off everytime I want to read
Every time i try to purchase coins it keeps coming up failed.
My bonus points keep disappearing. I can have 65 points and I unlock one chapter and all my points disappear. It has happened several times.
