Not helpful to customer. In order to register your house that you already registered in the previous version you have to enter the account number again and pay your bill. The system should discover all accounts related to your gov I’d and display them automatically.
Look for ways to simplify.

This application is one of most terrible applications ever designed and created. Too slow, crashes A LOT! Colors are not optimized, very not user friendly. The company is basically taking our money for the lowest quality standards output.
