I can hear you now!

I will admit, I had reservations about OTC hearing aides. How could they compete with hearing aides from a brick and mortar store with an audiologist assessing my hearing needs?
I am pleasantly surprised with the hearing assessment over the phone and the fact that my hearing aides came loaded with the outcome of the hearing evaluation! The audiologist walked me through the use of the hearing aides as well as troubleshooting future possible issues.
The Jabra iPhone software was easy to install,( I am 74) and worked flawlessly with my hearing aides. I like being able to use the various settings for talking with people, listening to music, no headphones you hear through the hearing aides and listening in crowded/ restaurant situations.
Thank you for an excellent pair of hearing aides!

Perfect tool

The Jabra Enhance app has made my transition to hearing aids very easy. It has a number of videos and other material to prepare to receive and setup the hearing aids. Then, it’s very easy and intuitive to pair JabraEnhanceSelect to the aids and manage them on a daily basis, as needed. As an example, I took a picture of my recent audio gram, sent it to Jabra’s customer service team…and within a day had updated settings loaded in JabraEnhanceSelect ready for my install. And the installation took less than a minute! Flawless. Can’t recommend enough! And I suspect service is better than a big box store option, if you are considering that path.

Lively aids and app

I just received hearing aids a few days ago. I’ve worn hearing aids for 15 years. I’ve had Siemens and Oticon.
My first impression on these Lively devices is very good but I’m still evaluating. My wife says I obviously hear better. That is a plus for these hearing aids. I’m hearing TV conversation without my headphones.
JabraEnhanceSelect is very friendly and easy to use. It’s very convenient to make adjustments on hearing aids without pressing buttons on the devices which is available if needed.
My first meeting with audiologist, Katie Sullivan, was excellent. She is very friendly, informative and professional. I’m certain the entire staff is as well.

Pretty good so far

So far I’m pretty impressed with my Enhance Select 200 hearing aids. I uploaded my current audio gram and they were programmed very well. A 1/4 the price of my Phonak Paradise hearing aids and sound pretty close to them. The only CON is they are a bit larger and with a little feedback, plus the phone call quality is not as good as the Phonak. But I am impressed with the support resources and customer care team. Being able to download firmware updates and remote programming is definitely a plus.

These top Beltone

I recently did a trial of beltone and wasn’t all that happy for the price they cost. I decided to give Jabra Select 200 a try and so far I am very pleased. Crazy thing is, not only do they seem a little clearer, but JabraEnhanceSelect is nearly the same except has many extras over Beltone’s app that make it much better. And the best part, about 1/3 the cost of what the Beltone’s would have been with same warranty, replacement, and way longer money back trial (If choose the premium package.

Great hearing aids

I had hearing aids before, but they didn’t work as well as Jabra Enhance and were 3 times as expensive! The different settings really work and I’ve used them to my advantage at lectures, outside and while dining. The service is also great and the audiologist I worked with understoid my needs and adjusted my hearing as requested. Wish my grandfather could have had these rather than the amplifiers that were the only kind during his life time.

It’s a “lively” app

Excellent app. I have been using it for just a short time and so far I have been greatly impressed with what is available for the user.
I am able to easily adjust my aids by using JabraEnhanceSelect . I am also just an email away for questions I may have. Seems like the folks at Lively touched all of the bases. Thank you.

I am so pleased that I decided to give Lively a try. My wife is even more pleased that “huh” is no longer a staple in my vocabulary.

More Than Satisfied So Far

For the first time in years, I can hear my daughters voice clearly, which I couldn’t do with all the hearing amplifiers I’ve bought for a dozen years. Her voice was evidently in the range of my most hearing loss. None of the other devices I bought for up to $200 helped any and all broke in less than a year.

Jabra Select 200

Have had the hearing aids for a week and can’t figure out how I was getting by without them. Can now talk on the phone with ease where before was really struggling and missing things.

They did a great job with the package and instructions, making it easy to set up. They also contacted me to see how it I was doing.

So far so good!

Latest Version Does Not Work

After updating to the latest version, it totally fails to open. I only get a blank screen and nothing else. I run iOS 17.1. I’ve deleted and reinstalled.
Hopefully the developers are working post haste to fix the issues.

Doesn’t conform to Apple standards: fixed

Later edit: I see the Developer thanks all the people with positive reviews. I wrote a complaint, but got nothing from the developer. JabraEnhanceSelect DOES NOT ADHERE TO STANDARDS. PLEASE FIX IT. The Jabra/Lively hearing aids are great BUT There is a small “1” on my app which in an Apple App Store app is supposed to mean I have a new message to read, or update to download, etc. I’ve got that “1” but it won’t go away no matter what I do. I emailed Jabra support and was told it will NEVER go away. I’m not happy.

Even later edit: JabraEnhanceSelect was updated and now the problem is solved. Thank you.

Great for aging hearing problems

I’ve been very pleased with my Jabra hearing aids. The ease of making adjustments and the interconectivity with JabraEnhanceSelect is great. I look forward to many, many years of substantially better hearing than I’ve had in a long time! I fully endorse this Enhance 200 device!

Works

JabraEnhanceSelect does a much better job of connecting to the hearing aids than other apps I’ve had with previous hearing aids. The controls are straight forward and work as expected.

Great aids

Jabra Enhance have been helping me hear better. I wish they would incorporate the Apple Watch support. It makes it so much easier to make changes to the aids then having to pull out my phone. With the support I can make changes to the hearing aids without being noticed.

Customize button no longer works

The latest update fixed JabraEnhanceSelect so it now opens and connects to my hearing aids, but the Customize button no longer works.
JabraEnhanceSelect has worked very well up until these last two updates.

Superb quality and performance

I’ve now had my Jabara Enhance Select hearing aids almost a year and have nothing but praise for how they’ve enhanced my hearing. The latest program update, which enables users to lock in personal settings, makes the entire Enhance Select experience totally enjoyable.

Nice Hearing Aids. . . But Some Annoying Issues

The hearing aids were easy to set up and use out of the box. They work fine overall. The annoying issues are The ability for both left and right, hearing aids to keep a connection when streaming audio. The right hearing aid does not keep a connection, and only one hearing aid on the left typically has full streaming capabilities. This also is similar when using the hearing aids, when talking with someone on my mobile phone. It makes it very difficult.

The audiologist representative that helped me get set up, said that it is because the phone was on the left pocket or right pocket and that was reading interference. However, I have been using the phone, repeatedly with holding it directly at my face level in the middle, and my right hearing aid continually loses audio when on the phone or streaming. Very frustrating. The audiologist scheduled a follow up, and I was going to explain this again to this person, but they did not show up in the zoom meeting when it was scheduled. I am hoping to get this resolved somehow.

Great hearing aids

He’s hearing aids are better than the ones I brought from Livingston. These out perform the miracle ear. They’re easier to adjust. The service I received and the online interaction was wonderful. I feel better with these than I got from Livingston.

I’ve Had Several Hearing Aids “All the Latest in Digital” The Past 20 Years Due to hearing loss caused by an Explosion.. A 47% loss in both ears over a wide range of Frequencies.. Last check up Show little declines considering my age “67” and 20 Years since The incident.. None of them were satisfactory but helped albeit I could not wear them most of the time in the environment I worked most of the time (Where I needed them most) 🤷🏼‍♂️ I have never been this PLEASED with all the other Professionally Fit Aids costing Me Between 4-7 Thousand Dollars Out of Pocket!
I’m on My 2nd week wearing these in the same Environments I could not wear the others..
I Highly Recommend the Enhance Select Hearing Aids… 5 Stars.. Larry J.

First time wearer

I chose lively non invisible for my first aids and I’m glad I did. When getting used to them if I’m concentrating on something and ear feels itchy I go to scratch it. Oops - the hearing piece falls out but I don’t drop anything. I don’t have severe hearing loss. My husband speaks very low so I found myself saying ‘what?’ more times than I can count. Since wearing them it’s very rare that I don’t hear him. I also learned that the more you wear them the more you get used to them and how it affects what you hear. I thought I should only wear them when I needed them. When doing that - little noises got my attention. After talking to the Lively doctor - she explained that this was happening because I wasn’t wearing them all the time. She was spot on. I would highly recommend these hearing aids.

Happy Camper!

I’m a first time hearing aid user who did quite a bit of research before selecting Jabra. From my experiences since getting them Dec. 2023, I’d recommend these hearing aids to those who have mild to moderate hearing loss like I have. Now able to go through the day without asking my husband several times during the day to talk to me instead of as he’s walking away from me. These are so discrete most people don’t realize I’m wearing them. I also wear glasses and have no trouble with the combination over my ears.

Good so far!

Bluetooth is becoming more reliable now that I’m getting used to it and how to do my part to keep it that way. Got my new receiver wires and installed them this morning and they looked to be very good of a fit in my ear canal hopefully that will keep doing very well to keep them in place. So starting today with those new Warriors, I can wear them all the time and not have them walking out with it with the old short wires especially when eating. Thank you for a good product. Looking forward to more good performance.
